BMW 745Li

THE Mook

Recommended Posts

Morn!

JD_SS and I were at it again on Saturday. This time with a BMW 745Li.

This thing was more than rough when we took it. Clear bra peeling all over the place, wheels chipped and curbed more than gang members in an inner city, danger area, general poor condition of the paint. Oh, and the hood cable wouldn't open, so we couldn't harass the engine at all!

The owner of the car and JD agreed to go for as much paint correction as possible before he garages it for the winter. We started with a Foam-Gunned, Two Bucket Wash, and continued the process all the way through Americana. JD took a look at the inside and also chose to give it a quick pass of Adam's Interior Kit loving.

The During:

3oz of APC was added into the water and 4oz of Car Shampoo into the Foamer.

We both noticed how much BETTER GWC is now that it has a FOAMING SPRAYER with the 32oz (quart) size. Also for the APC, the same can be said. The product sticks to the surface a lot better now, and actually works it away from the area, making it easier to use the according brushes/sticks to get the wheel wells/tires/wheels clean!

Now for the Results!

After we were both able to get over mentally how messed up this car really was, not to mention the pieces that were repainted--it looks like from a sloppy dealer...wow. It looks a LOT better now!

LOL you guys crack me up! great work Mook and JD. Amazing transformation, hopefully he keeps up with it. Why anyone would let that car get that bad, I dunno. Dont think i'll ever figure out why ppl buy houses and cars and let them fall apart or look like poo faster than they can pay for it. sorry for the rant :) just don't get it.
