So.Chi.Goat's Detail: 2004 Pulse Red GTO

DISCLAIMER: I am doing this write up, but I did not do this detail. Lewis did 95% of the work. I just did the engine bay and the trunk lid and the windows. That's about all I think I did. Direct all compliments to him! I also apologize for the camera quality. Working on only a 5mp camera for this one.

Alright, well let's give a huge welcome to Lewis to the detailing work. His first detail was with a flex and on his car and he has become a monster since. :smiley-cool11:

We started off with a foam wash at bright the **** early. We mixed the rest of his Griot's garage soap and some Adam's soap that was already in my foam gun. He enjoyed this part a lot. We did two foam downs, did not do a two-bucket wash. Then covered the car in detail spay and used the Great White Drying Towel to wipe it all done and dry it off.

We then claybarred the car. We got the car nice and smooth and then I wiped it all down with some waterless wash to clean off the detail spray and claybar residue.

I then proceeded to take pictures of the level of damage on his fresh cleaned paint.

His top levels were destroyed. This car was brutal all around cause Lewis drives it like its not funny. I'm glad this was finally getting worked on.

The car was then taped off:

After some technique adjustments and yelling at him to keep the pad flat and stop leaning the machine back, we finally got some results!!
