When it is all detailed, what is the best car color?

There are a lot of great colors out there, what is your favorite? I'm curious what detailing hobbyists think on this subject because you are who pays the most attention to paint

My favorites are GM's Jetstream Blue Metallic, Inferno Orange Metallic, and White Diamond, Mopar's Snakeskin Green and Plum Crazy, and Ford's Grabber Blue. It is also hard to beat Ferrari's Rosso Corsa and Lamborghini's Verde Ithaca.

 

What color do you think looks best when it is all polished?

White Diamond TriCoat or whatever they pour on the Caddys...Inferno Orange Metallic I love, and JSB...well, THAT's THE BEST EVER!!!

It has to be black. No contest. When done right, it's about as sexy as a vehicle can get. After that, I'd say red. But hey, they all look great when they're clean and polished.

I think black is great, but I love metallic colors when they show off a couple other colors. Arrival blue on my truck shows purple blue and green. Spice red showed off light and dark red and orange

I'm also a big fan of GM's Spiral Gray Metallic which I don't think they use anymore, but it was a dark gray with an ton of metallic flake to it.

Black. I also love the dark variation of BRG that Jag used to use at times. It looks black a lot of the time but is a deep, dark green with light on it. Along the lines of:

I've gotta go with black as well. Especially when all polished up. It turns into a whatever color is nearest. Almost brings a tear to my eye.

Black is hard to beat when paint corrected and done up with Adam's:)

Would love to see a Black Diamond TriCoat CTS-V done up with Adam's. that Color has a ton of Metallic in it.
