She looked up all the backstory and read it off to me, what a story. So many times these kinds of things are circulated on the net and turn out to be exaggerated or faked in some way... this is a legit story, and a really touching one at that. I got chills when I read the account of how he was injured, yelling at his team to stay back until the area was cleared despite the fact he was blown to bits.
