Ls1transam
Has anyone noticed the new wash mitt and Paint Sealant? Pretty excited about both. Especially the Sealant, I've always had trouble with it personally. mathews31
0 Mariner
I literally have a brand new bottle of the 8oz "older" sealant lol... might find it's way to the pay it forward thread if this new style is indeed better. mathews31
0 Ls1transam
I have an old 16oz bottle that is almost full still lol. If this stuff is all that great I'll trade theb16oz off and get the new style as well.
0 Rb1274
Adams product development is out pacing its customers...I still have a bottle of the "old", but when you only use it 2 times a year its hard to go through it. I luckily have several cars to play with so I shall go for the new soon. I hope its easier on and off, my arm used to be wasted after I was done with a car. Love the licorice smell though, kind of bummed its going away.

Maybe I missed something, but was there negative feedback about the protection or longevity of the "old" sealant?
0 stingrayc7
Order placed for the new LPS.. old stuff was great so I have high hopes for this one!
0 mathews31
I've been needing to get some paint sealant especially after paint correcting (I've been using H2O GG) so I guess it's a good thing I waited
0 Ls1transam
I have it when it was carried in the 16oz bottle so it's old lol. But to me it's terrible to work with. I think the Sealant needed tweaked for sure.
0 PacificNWBuckeye
I have so much of the older products I could change the outer dimensions of all three of my vehicles and have some left over. Rb1274
0 red94chev
Don't need anymore sealant at this time but I've been waiting for a non-glove style merino mitt for a long time. mathews31
0 GST Auto Detail
Never used the Adams LPS. Always been a fan of the Brilliant Glaze and Americana/Buttery Wax combo. Just recently used H2O Guard and Gloss for the first time. I do like using that on the daily driver and customer's cars.
0 mathews31
I was discussing with McMo who just gave one away in a huge pack on the "paying it forward" thread and he says some people aren't fans of the merino is there any consensus on this Cause I've really been wanting one

I was looking forward to the new one but with it being white... not a good idea for me. I think it's more of a garage queen mitt mathews31
0 TheWolf
I tried out a prototype version of the Merino Wool Wash Mitt, and did not think it was too heavy. The older Merino Wool Wash pad was the typical white and brown color, but I think the all white version is actually better, since it makes it easier to see any contaminates or dirt on the fibers, so you can rinse them out before going back to the paint. red94chev, Chris@Adams and LT1xL82
0 Beemer
I've been using a Merino for years and still love it. I'm glad there's a new one available because it's time to replace. Best wash pad I've ever used. And I don't use it as a "mitt". I'd rather hold it than insert my hand. Just fold in the little cuff and it's a great wash pad that will last for years if cared for. 0 GST Auto Detail
I may need to order the Merino. Right now, I use the Meguire's wash mitts (have two) and just recently received an Adams wash wedge. I haven't used the wash wedge yet, but it looks like it will work well. 0 Ls1transam
I've never cared much for the regular wash pads. They feel rough to me. Makes me paranoid I'm scratching.

Totally agree...the overwhelming majority of my microfiber towels are white for this very reason. TheWolf
