I have found that Adam's Invisible Undercarriage Spray seals your concrete driveway like nobody's business.  Seriously.

How do I know this?  Let's just say that I rarely ever lay down drip towels when I apply my undercarriage spray.  Due to this, over the years, whenever it rains, my concrete shows all the lighter puddle spots where the drips landed while the rest of the driveway turns darker when wet.  The light spots from 3 years ago are still there, rejecting water.  I've tried pressure washing them with no success.

If you get a gallon of the stuff, and roll your driveway with a paint roller, I will be willing to bet it is one heck of a sealer, and the front of your house will smell like grape soda!

I once joked around with Mc2hill that I should lay down an Adam's stencil on my driveway and roll it with UCS.  The next time it rains, my driveway will have Adam's advertising, and maybe even get caught one day on Google satellite imagery.

    Billy,

Happy to hear about your recent purchase!

Even though you have posted on Adam's forums and Justin and Jason have happily assisted you in noticing this, I'm happy to help you further.

The Polishes and pads that come with the Rupes polisher have been designed with that particular machine in mind and they produce noticeable results. At the end of the day, no matter what brand (Adam's or other) I'm a firm believer in trying a bit of everything and see which one 'sticks' for you and your technique. As you perfect your technique and hone in on what results you're after your detailing inventory will change. You will find one brand works to get the results you want or it may be a mixed bag.

Adam's Polishes is here as another selection for you. Give us a try, all of our products are backed by 110% satisfaction guarantee. If you don't like it, let us know and make 10 points.

A few pointers on that Bigfoot, since the throw is larger than other machines be cautious around tight spaces (door handles, B pillars). Not sure if you have a PC with 4" plate or Cyclo? They are perfect as standalone polishers and partners. And great for the smaller spaces.

    If you're considering Adam's, starter's can be;

6.5" Orange Pad (foam or MF)
6.5" White Pad (foam or MF)
    Paint Correcting Polish
    Paint Finishing Polish

Deep wheel cleaner is a great product, but I still end up using GWC for most situations. More cost effective and also very effective in cleaning. GWC is still my main wheel cleaning product. Love it!

After two months of not cleaning the daily driver I snapped a couple before and after to show what GWC can easily clean up.

    Before:

After APC in the fender wells and tires, quick scrub with the fender brush - GWC on the wheels and using the old boars hair wheel brush and the new lug nut brush - 3-4 minutes later...

Love this product, great results, low odor, high effectiveness, great value!

mc2hill got a reaction from BRZN in How often should I apply wax?
Ok, I will be the one to chime and say 'use BG!".

As the others have said, using Americana that often is overkill, but using a glaze on top of the wax will be fine.  Truthfully, the solvents in BG can deteriorate the wax, but if you are waxing every few months you should be fine.  After your wash just wipe on BG and remove, it goes on and off very easily, but adds a nice 'pop' to the paint.

I don't use it often on my own cars, but I use on client's garage queens and they love it!

mc2hill got a reaction from scootertrash19 in Any other helpful tips on bug guts?
I 'soak' them by dipping thin MF towels in the wash solution and place them over the bugs for 5-10 minutes.  This works great for love bugs.  You can use your Adam's towels for this, but they get so heavy when wet that they don't work on vertical panels well.   http://www.adamsforums.com/topic/18701-removing-bugs-soaking-method/?hl=bugs

Thanks guys. I don't want to derail this post. Maybe if I get a chance I'll add some detail and post it in the lounge. The story behind the Porsche is the girl I was with that night, not the recovery. The Harley the story is the recovery. Two or three of them were bought in bars. More than one landed me behind bars (hey, it was a long time ago).
And yes, my wife is an absolute keeper! For our 5th wedding anniversary I got her chrome valve covers for her car (and she liked them).

The videos are the best place to start.  That will give you the basics and get you started with most of the products.  After that the best teacher is experience.  You'll find the more you do it the more it all starts to make sense to you.

Of course ask specific questions here but understand tha you will get a lot of different opinions because we all have different experiences.  There's rarely only one answer.

OEM wheels with clear coat over the aluminum? Teat them just like paint. I'd recommend working the scratches by hand first using PCP and an Orange Polish Applicator. If that does the job follow up with Revive Hand Polish and a Blue Polish Applicator. If you need more bite than you can get by hand use a cordless drill with either a Mother's brand Power Ball or Cone to reach the spot shown in the picture. Start with PCP and finish with PFP. Be careful, there's not much clear on the wheel!

What's up folks??!! Welcome to the Chrysler at Carlisle show of 2014! They really had quite the colorful display, which got us pretty pumped up to start demoing and selling our products!

Dave, Bob and I (Nicole) were very busy Thursday setting up the Adam's Polishes tent. It was hot and humid, but we had tons of fun along the way!

Now this is much better! Once all of our products were out, we were ready to rock and roll! Any one try any of our new tire shine yet?!

I had the pleasure of meeting Adam himself at the Chrysler show! What an awesome guy!

Once we were all set up we were ready to demo! Adam was starting to explain to a customer how to polish the hood of his rental car!

And here's Dave working on a1966 Dodge Charger with its owner. Dave used our Brilliant Glaze and our American Wax to make this puppy shine...What's even cooler?? His car won 2nd in its class thanks to our products!!!
