  1. Through a customer point of view and car fanatic, I dont see myself ever using protection film on my cars. I feel like thats like buying a brand new 70" flat screen tv and leaving the protective plastic on to keep it from getting scratched. However, if I ever did consider putting a film on my car, id probably choose a place with the best reviews wether online or word of mouth regardless of its a small or large business. I have had plenty of bad experiences with big and small companies to narrow it down based on those guidelines. As for the coverage, I would choose to cover as much or as little as I possibly can. I would hate to invest so much money on protecting it, only to give it tan lines. And considering what I mentioned, I would have a hard time getting convinced to wrap my car even if it was free. Thats just my personal opinion, which could be the minority.
  2. Im not sure if this will work, but try claying it. I clayed mine a few times before and I feel its a lot easier to maintain clean afterwards. Just be careful if you do because they mar pretty easily.
  3. PMs replied. car shampoo and wheel cleaner gone
  4. I have new 16oz bottles of: tire shine buttery wax interior detailer Im looking for upholstery cleaner mostly but will entertain offers. PM for faster response
  5. Are you still trying to get rid of the trunk organizer? I have some stuff I can trade including Odor Neutralizer, wheel cleaner, tire shine, buttery, etc... PM me if interested.
  6. I also have the dry me a river towel, and it doesnt come close to adams ultra plush towel. Its more similar to the great white drying towel and i cant stand any waffle weave towels. I use those to clean and condition my boots now. As far as which side to use, It honestly doesnt make a difference. After hours of careful testing and observation, they both dry the same.
  7. Ive also been itching to try the ceramic boost that came in my mystery box. Ill try your suggestion falcaineer; the color is so fancy for me to trade at this point lol
  8. I love the shine that rinseless leaves on your car. Its much more noticeable than waterless. However, waterless is my favorite to remove bugs stuck on the front of the car. The only thing is that I cant get the same results as waterless when I dilute rinseless. Ive tried different ratios with no luck. Comes close, but not enough to completely replace waterless wash.
  9. A lot of companies have a "Additional Comments" section when they place an order online. This could be an easy way for adams to save some some nozzles.
  10. I had the same thing with the interior cleaner. However I cant remember if it was due to the cold weather. I left the spray head on the "open" position one time and didnt use it for a looong time. When I checked back on it, the nozzle had leaked about half the bottle and the nozzle was covered in a white dry material. I put on a new nozzle and made sure to "close" it this time, and havent had that problem since.
  11. @falcaineer, i got one on my mystery trunk organizer. Its a grey edgeless that goes with the H20 GG. I was kinda weirded out that it had no writing on the package too.
  12. Just as a heads up, until adams makes more pole attachments, you can buy some decent quality ones at walmart. I found one for about 9 bucks and the microfiber/sponge attachment is of good quality. The pole was trash so I bought a separate one for another 10 bucks. Makes washing the truck a lot faster and safer lol
  13. in all honesty, most people here will spend more than that over a course of a year, so thats actually a good deal
  14. Also I forgot to mention if your car has any swirls (tiny spiderweb-looking scratches) or scratches, youre probably going to need polish to remove them. Since your car is new, chances are its not necessary at this moment unless the dealer was washing it constantly. Once you need to correct the paint, then youll open the door to a bunch more products and options.
  15. I personally wouldnt buy a kit. To this day I havent seen one that I can say this is the perfect universal beginner kit. I would just make sure it has the following products: detail spray - $13 car shampoo - $10 H20 GG - $20-30 glass cleaner - $13-26 VRT - $20 Invisible undercarriage spray - $13 and your choice of Brilliant glaze, Buttery wax, or even americana - $20-45 That should take care of all the exterior including the wheels if you use the products smartly. If you want to take care of the interior, also add the following: Interior detailer - $13 leather conditioner - $17 All this together costs $139 minus the 15% youre looking at about $120. Youll only need the towels which I buy somewhere else, and 2 buckets which almost everyone has.
  16. Better spray heads, maybe a towel storage or dispenser, the candle is a good idea, a drying aid similar to H20 GG but without the sealant, and in case I forgot, better spray heads
  17. Looks pretty cool, but it kinda seems like that fragile plastic that would crack when something hits it.
  18. Actually no. Its rule 9 on the submissions thread. But if someone makes a new contest, they can change any rules they want. So technically this was a three way tie between Wy-Detailing, bubbacalvery, and Nickfire20. Congrats to all 3! Unfortunately, I wont be making these contests anymore, but theres a member who volunteered to continue. Hopefully he makes a new one.

    FOAM PARTY

Looks good Alex. Did you use a foam cannon or foam gun?
  21. Ive never used the washer fluid on my car. On my truck I only used it once a few years back, and it was by accident. Still pretty cool to see this new product.
  22. both the old and new spray heads leak like crazy to be honest. I have no idea why adams have taken so long to come up with a permanent fix. Theres a reason why they got rid of the old squared ones, makes no sense to go back to them because the rounds ones were no better.
  23. Sorry for the wait guys Heres the voting thread
