  1. I just go ahead and polish as I'm priming the pads with detail spray anyway.
  2. Even if it was dirty, that is just plain a beautiful car.
  3. It is pretty good, and will clean darn near everything. Just wear gloves, will strip all the oils out of your skin.
  4. I once went to a wedding in Texas, at a dance hall, in a suit. I know that look.
  5. Just ordered some, still have some old, so will do a smell comparison review when new one gets here.
  6. Folds up nice and locks open, rolls easy I have had no problems with it. Can hang the Cyclo over the side with out it tipping. I put my plastic towel bins on second shelf, chemicals and tools on top and use a small bucket on bottom for used towels and applicators. If it gets dirty I just hose it down. I wish it had, or I could make, some bottle holders to keep everything in order while using, but that's minor. Got it on sale at Lowes for 30% off last year.
  7. Xenit is a citrus based cleaner that works great on tree sap, tar, adhesive. If using, it WILL strip all wax, polish sealant off the paint, so you will have to reapply.
  8. You can watch Shameless at work???????? What do you do? I can't even surf at work, they have it locked down.
  9. Detail Spray has to be my favorite, but H2O and glass sealant are really close seconds. Oh, and pretty much every product in the line, but detail spray wins.

Let's not forget the Wagon Queen Family Truckster
  11. Today I visited my new granddaughter born this morning.
  12. 1385 arrived today and it does work! Lots of steam in a reasonable amount of time. The wife said, oh you got a steamer and so far I have cleaned kitchen floor and the sofa that the dog likes to lay on when we are gone, (he thinks we don't know and we pretend we don't.) I may actually get to use it in the garage tomorrow night. I am not impressed with the "storage bag" that comes with it, not really large enough, and doesn't close. I think I will use the bag I used for the Cyclo, before I got the Rupes/Cyclo bag. I can't figure out the use for the little nylon net, but other than that, I think I am going to like having the steamer for our vehicles.
  13. Nice, like the reflections in first pix. Well done!
  14. The LED strips I installed were not 16 " apart, but some odd 23.5 number, a little drill action solved that problem. One could use Molly anchors, but I wouldn't if lights have a pull chain.
  15. Was just wondering, I like the smell of blue soap. A blue soap air freshener would be nice.
  16. Raining so rindless wash of both Cherokee and Santa Fe. Got rid of a couple tiny marks on Santa Fe with Revive. Then H2O G&G on both, using "dry" method. Followed by detail spray, then the kids came over for lunch. After lunch did the Windows on both vehicles, now time to wash a pile of microfiber towels.
  17. Finally finished the entire thread and... Dan, you sir are a detailing Guru.
  18. Want to order one, but then they put Mystery Box up again. Only so much in the detailing budget ( this month)
