  1. Welcome to the addiction, Darryl! She's a beauty!!! Can't wait to see more pics of the finished product. Dig around on here, and don't be shy about asking any questions.
  2. As @shane@detailedreflections said, why? The only wax from Adam's I'd consider applying over a coating is the Ceramic Paste Wax for the reasons Shane outlined. Well, that, and that's what it's designed for...to be applied over a ceramic coating. Otherwise, I'm not sure why he would give you that advice. Ceramic Boost is a maintenance product that will enhance your coating and can be applied monthly or so, but that's not a wax. 🤔
  3. Your freind gave you some good advice! As @Beemer said, ID is perfectly safe for your leather. It's best for light cleaning and maintenance, if that's what you're after. But to confirm, when you said "Leather Detailer," are you also asking about Leather Conditioner or Leather and Interior Cleaner? The former has some mild cleaning agents, SPF 65, and leaves the surface looking great. It's not oily, either. It also smells awesome! The latter is a heavier duty cleaner that should also be followed up with the LC to recondition the leather. I use LC every couple months on my daily, but you could use it more or less often than that. Some leather needs more than others. Quite a few Vette owners on here... @Rich being one...that could attest to how often he applies it to his.
  4. I think both of those are 2.0, only with different variations of the label. The color looks the same, too. Here's a pic of my 1.0 8oz bottle instructions...note it says not to use on glass.
  5. Must admit I lost track of who started this thread 😬. Forgive me! Hopefully @galaxy sees your post and can compare the labels.
  6. That looks like the new to me, but since don't have a bottle will defer to others. I remember somewhere else on here talking about the directions...
  7. Take a pic of and post the directions. A synapse is firing that the new formula said it could be used on glass, but the old didn't.
  8. As if on queue, this was just posted. Hope it helps.
  9. They leaked, so Adam's went back to the original boxy ones.
  10. Latest history is posted here. Don't worry, they'll be back. Likely in a few weeks or so.
  11. +1 (but I'm guessing the plush dry towel)
  12. I'd never have thought of 0000 steel wool. Thanks, gents! Learn something new every day.
  13. Looks sweeeet! 😎😎😎 Some more trophies are in your future, I think!
  14. Welcome to the addiction, Chris! Here's a great article to start with that may help. But in a nutshell, the general rule is the most durable product is applied first. Of what you referenced, that would be sealant then wax. Feel free the ask any other questions you have. Some great info on here and even better people. Great to have you here! By the way, where in Northern VA? I used to to live in Alexandria while stationed at the Pentagon.
  15. Please avert your eyes, but I cried just a little over my car still looking like this from Friday's snow. It's too cold to rinse, and too much crud to do a Rinseless.
  16. Knowing that, it's hard to beat HGG for ease of use and protection gained. Note nothing from Adam's will fully protect from gravel/rock chips. But for now, in your situation, HGG has my vote.
  17. What an incredible turnaround, Ray! You should be proud of your work, and I'm sure you...or rather, your daughter 😉...will be thrilled to show it off around town. Enjoy! 😎😎😎
