  1. By the way, the RW dilution @pirahnah3 mentioned above is 16:1 for a waterless wash-like solution. It's not the same, but pretty similar at a much more economical price point. But for the record, I much prefer the WW scent.
  2. Differences boil down to overall use and chemical makeup. DS adds quick gloss as a drying aid and/or quick clean method, and has a small amount of carnuba added for shine and minimal protection. Spray Wax is also used for gloss and can be a drying aid, but it will add 1-2 months of protection on its own and has significantly more carnuba to do so. Also, DS is usually added on top as an enhancer to protection that's already been applied, where Spray Wax can be used like that and/or as a Last Step Product (i.e. on its own). I think of Spray Wax like DS on steroids.
  3. Guys above have you covered...use the blue waffle weaves for the WW. Using the right products for the job will minimize any potential damage, making both outstanding options for what they're made for. The amount of dirt on the car drives which product you should use. Light dust, finger prints, etc, on a recently cleaned car are perfect for WW and the blue WW towels. Dirtier but not caked on is better for RW and Double Softs. Caked on stuff needs to be knocked off or do a full two bucket method. Here's a couple more videos where Adam demos WW on a Lambo and '57 El Dorado. I've gotten very similar results.
  4. While it can be used as a presoak, it's actually designed to be used in the washing machine in place of laundry detergent. Add 1-2 ounces in the soap dispenser, warm water, normal wash, and extra rinse cycle (if equipped). No fabric softener or dryer sheets. Oh, and using a couple ounces of APC in some warm water as a presoak is more economical and highly effective.
  5. Working fine for me. Did you clear your cache? Check browser or Norton settings?
  6. I tend to wash right after use, but there shouldn't be any I'll effects from leaving them in a bin for a future wash so long as they're dry. The only exceptions i can think of would be HGG towels...don't let them dry, and instead wash right away. I'd also lean towards washing any towels with Ceramic Boost and or Ceramic Paste Wax immediately, as well, but can't speak directly to the former since I don't use it or the latter since I wash right away.
  7. Throw some BG on there and watch out!!
  8. Only things I do differently is use the normal cylce vs. delicate, and an extra rinse. Sorry this happened. Feedback always welcome. I'm sure Adam's would like to hear it. Recommend you call them and explain what happened. Wouldn't be at all surprised if they replace your towel (and then some). If not or you choose no to, I'll be happy to send you one.
  9. PM me, @rondre. I may have a towel or two I can send to help restock.
  10. Hmm. Might I ask the process/product you used to wash the towel?
  11. Welcome, Ryan! What are keeping shiny? We like pics around here...
  12. Tim (@ObsessedDetailer) it was great meeting you! Hope to meet up again soon. Maybe some of your luck with the raffle will rub off on me! 😄 Mike @Mike E., sorry we missed you. From the angle of the pic, we were standing nearby. Maybe next time...
  13. Ok, gotcha. Still, works best with the nozzle turned vertically if anyone was wondering.
  14. Thought it was odd to have a zebra in Orlando. Well, besides Disney. 😁
  15. To clarify what I think Travis is saying...you turn the nozzle vertically and keep the spray head close to the door jam. For me, just diluted RW and towels. Works like a champ.
  16. Welcome, Stetson! That a baby zebra photo bomb?! 😂
  17. As you know, Adam's products may not play nicely with other coatings. And vice versa. Not surprised to hear it may not have worked well on the coated one. You may have gotten a bad batch. Did you call to get a replacement?
