    Hey Fellas! Been a while. I tried to find my old thread “this one goes out to the forum” but was unsuccessful. I got another award earlier this month at Camaro Super Fest. Got to Check out MIS too. The following weekend I scored a 96 out of 100 at Camaro Fest’s Show n shine. No award there though. Competition was crazy fierce. There were some amazing cars present. What have I missed in the Adams world? Who’s got a summary?

    Haven’t have a lot of time time to spend on the new site. Will edit if I have more constructive feedback. But first impression is that it is so much easier to use on a phone. Would like the menus at top and bottom to be consistent.

    Try changing the forum theme to default. (You can find the option at the bottom of the forum.) And if the editor asks if you want to switch to plain text from rich text, say yes.

    Bringing your question to @shane@detailedreflections attention. Two of those products are to clean the paint. Two are to top the coating. However I don’t think you don’t need to use all 4 products together. You probably CAN. But I’m not sure your NEED to. Shane will chime in with his expertise.

    If you don’t have the extractor or steamer, you can get good results with vinegar and distilled water. I had great results with the situation below. I think it mixed it 50/50 for the salt crust below (I posted it somewhere on here. I’ll edit here when I find it.). It was a matter of soaking and blotting/wiping repeatedly.

    In my opinion, Wash n Wax doesn’t suds up as much as some of the other shampoos. But I still like it, especially for winter washes if I can get a two bucket wash in. I also like it for my wheels . I took @mc2hill’s suggestion and put some in a ik foamer to spray on the wheels for maintenance washes. My wheels just have sealant on them. They aren’t ceramic coated.

    You can experiment with the last step products, to see what suits you. That’s half the fun. You can get a ton of gloss adding brilliant glaze to either HGG or Americana. I use Americana on my sunny days only car. Then I bust out the brilliant glaze for shows. Try a few combos and see what you prefer. I do think the Brilliant Glaze helps us lighter colors get some pop—which is much more difficult to accomplish than darker colored paint IMHO. @falcaineer who has a white car will agree with me, I think. Heres a link to a few pics and combos I’ve used in the past.

    A whole week of above freezing and no snow to come, meant I raced home from work to wash my car. It’s only the second time this winter the weather and time off have aligned for a wash. Washing away winter grime is so rewarding. The house up for sale next door had a prospective buyer walk up right when I dropped my Ultra Plush Drying towel on the driveway along with an FBomb. Oops. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤭🤪 The house is probably going to be on the market a little longer... 😬
