  1. There are some sites telling you how to make mask, luckily for the wife and I we had some on hand due to our professions.

In addition my wife has Covid19, and is due in 2 weeks with our 2nd girl,  she is absolutely miserable and we really only communicate through text and FaceTime,  our daughter and her were so tight and this is super hard with those two apart.  Not a sob story, but for anyone who thinks it can’t happen to you, think again!  Set things up now,  my employer has not helped at all, even with email after email, the union making false promises and the county exec always with his catchprases “we’re in this together “  bull****!

Her OB, primary, and employer...no help either!

Take care of yourselves and one another!

On a side note, I really enjoy the Hand Soap and the new fragrances look pretty nice,  think I’ll grab some more, and try the Sanitizer out too 😬

I recently got some brand new American forces and had the ceramic coated with Adams products 2 weeks later (now) I used they’re wheel and tire cleaner and has stained my brand new rims terribly bad I am suppppppeeeeer pisssssed and will be calling them tomorrow morning .

I can Certainly understand your frustration,  The folks at Adam’s Are very helpful however, there is some clear  verbiage about this product’s usage on the product page https://adamspolishes.com/collections/new-just-in/products/adams-wheel-tire-cleaner

Also if you post some pictures here, we may be able to help in the meantime

Who all has used the 20th Anniversary Detail Spray and what are your thoughts? Is there another thread on it I may have missed? I only saw the intro thread but nobody really talked much about it from a review perspective.

i used it for the first time and I’ll say I liked the shine and how it functioned as a drying aid. However I noticed it took quite a bit of passes during a final wipe down using it on a dry surface. It also wasn’t near as slick feeling as the OG Detail Spray. Seemed to grab a bit in the plush towel. Scent was good but there again I think the standard Detail Spray is far and away better and really iconic and associated with Adams. Hope they aren’t going away from that color and scent. This spray probably packs more protection and shine.

if it’s me, I probably use this boosted version as the drying aid and the pink DS for the final wipe down.

I have this and a couple other limiteds they have put out with the new formula.  My thoughts pretty much mirror yours, except for, as a drying aid it just married up with the water and smeared all around.  It was like mercury droplets on my paint, literally wouldn’t go away.  So I really hope they stick with the current pink formula.

  4. I dont have a good answer there,  but the new Blue compound is sprayable,  i think its on the label that you can add a nozzle to it.  Just know that it may clog, so you’ll have to clean it out well with water or the next time around you would need another.

    Another great vid.

I haven't thought to use Tire and wheel cleaner on floor mats, but I will give it a go today! My weathertech mats are in an embarrassing state.

Keep up the great work team Adams.

I usually use Tire and Rubber Cleaner, unless they are completely trashed, I’ll use Wheel and Tire.  I’ve also used Wheel and Tire as a pre soak on my front concrete porch and rear trex patio deck with a foam cannon, works great!

Need to hit my siding soon too!

Thanks for the info :).  I am wondering if it smells like the color changing detail spray release then. Awesome

To me the 20th Anniversary DS smells just like the 2019 Cinco De Mayo DS.  Which reminds me of the tropical flavor fruit roll up/fruit snack. And I LOVE IT

I am still playing with the updated/new formula of DS,  and while I enjoy the shine and protection/beading it leaves,  the additional effort to work the product in, is not up my alley.  But I’m still experimenting

  7. Did my wife’s CRV, completely forgot a pic then it got late and we had to run...

purple wheel and tire cleaner.. Wash n Wax shampoo.  New VRT on tires and trim.  New Detail Spray (which so far i do not like at all, and it did nothing as a drying aid, doesn’t absorb well, reminds me of old thermometers when the mercury spilled out, and just pushes around on the surface)

Did the door jambs and floor mats as well.  Mats are spray coated, so i hit them with CS3 afterwards

  8. @Captain Slow I know this isn’t the right thread, but I have to react here.  That is absolutely asinine!  I would have lost my mind!  With that being said the last experiences at my Chevy Dealership have been rough,  1st they broke my wheel lock and didn’t tell me, i found it hours later on vacation, and most recently went in for routine service,  sat in the waiting room for 2 hours just to be told they hadn’t started it yet, I kept my professional composure, but demanded my car right then and left.  Oh and one more I forgot, stone thru my brand new Tahoe windshield over the summer,  set up a replacement, they can’t give me a time frame, keep dragging their feet etc...they had it for 3 days, it comes back with greasy belly prints all over both front fenders and the hood now closes on an offset, I never even mentioned it, they f’in suck.  I’m convinced dealers just snag your money from the original sale and run!  Hate them! And this is also one of the largest Chevy dealers in the US and the top seller of Corvettes!

The calipers will be done to compliment the color of the car.

The car is coated currently. It makes it more difficult to get a wrap to stick. We did help them out by compounding the car before it goes there to rough it up a bit.

The wheels won’t get wrapped. Some people do that, but I wouldn’t. I don’t think it’s durable enough for that. The wheels will be powder coated.

@Nickfire20 you’re welcome to come check it out when it’s done. If I recall correctly, you’re local to me?

Sounds good, thanks for the info....no not too close, I’m in Maryland

  10. Hey Shane, I like the current Orange but understand your pov.

I love a Super Snow White Car with the aforementioned black accents and black wheels.  I like orange calipers as opposed to the super popular red...Just my .02

2 Questions of curiosity for you...

-can you wrap over top of a coating?

-does wrap hold up on wheels?
