  1. Welcome aboard Tony. :welcomebanner:

Looks like you've used most of the Adams product line over the past 4 years, but don't hesitate to ask questions.  There's tons of knowledge to be had from the group.

    Love the flag.

I have a quick question for other Adam's users. I still have a gallon of interior detailer left. I am wondering if anyone has any alternative (household) uses for this? I know that the DS works good on granite countertops and stainless steel, but has anyone figured out a different use for the interior detailer?

It's not a household use, but you can certainly use the Interior Detailer under the hood to treat all plastic surfaces.  It leaves a rich matte finish and helps repel dust.

  3. Welcome aboard Susan.  :welcomebanner:  As you can see from my Sig, I'm a huge Mopar fan myself and White is the color of choice for all but my son's Challenger.   White Vinegar may just be the ticket to remove those hard water spots.  If that doesn't do it, try using some Revive Hand Polish.

The sticker wall is neat and I'll get mine sent in, thanks for posting this @falcaineer.   Now, my curiosity has taken over with the bicycles that are hanging over the sticker wall.  It appears that are some real classics up there - who knows what the story is?

The Man himself, Adam, started his career detailing bicycles in the neighborhood.  As such, he has an affinity for bicycles and keeps a few "hanging around" at HQ.  It goes to show he has not forgotten where he came from.  ;)

My detail friends! How do you clean suede seats? My car has leather trimmed vented suede seats and cleaning the leather isn’t a problem but I need advice on how to clean the suede inserts in my seats!

If the areas are heavily soiled, you'll want to spray some Carpet & Upholstery Cleaner on a MF towel and wipe the surface. Don't spray directly on the suede. Follow that up with a clean MF towel to remove the dirt. Be careful not to saturate the suede.  Use light sprays on the MF towel and go over the heavily soiled areas as necessary until you're satisfied. Follow up with a pass with the Cockpit Brush to groom the pile and you're good to go.  If you want to maintain the suede and it's not dirty, you can get away with just using the Cockpit Brush to gently remove any surface lint, etc and groom the pile.  If you search the Library, there is a video on the subject.

Had a rock hit and chip my hood and window today on the highway.   It was a big rock.  I’m not sure what to do with it. I don’t plan on repainting it anytime soon.  Any suggestions would be great.  It’s all the way down to bare aluminum.  It also

caused a small chip in my window.  What a bummer.

Thanks Jen.  At least you got consistently better.  Love the entry name, btw, Geriatric Racing.

Participated in a few runs down the drag strip for the first time ever (not in my car.)  It was so freakin awesome. Can’t wait to do it again.

Inquiring minds want to know what you were driving and we need to see some times posted, too. :burnout:
