  1. Absolutely. As a matter of fact, the original promo pics for the Trim Coating show it being applied to an engine cover, so go right ahead.

No sign of ocdrifter. He was a big contributor.
  3. Welcome to the group, Chris.
  4. Depending on the vehicle and the brake set-up, you may want to pick up the Turbo Stick or Turbo Stick Mini to get into the hard-to-reach areas of the barrel. 5. Welcome to the addiction, Holly. . Nice job on the Honda.
  6. In general, the kits are usually the way to go due to the cost savings. The Ultimate Kit is a fantastic deal that offers a substantial savings over buying everything a-la-carte. Even if you already have some of the consumable products in the kit, you can't go wrong with doubles, plus you could always trade them in the Garage Sale Forum once you reach 50 posts. Either way, you should wait to take advantage of one of the sales. Last week's 20% off would have been the best time, as 20% doesn't come around all that often. I would bet there will be another one real soon with Father's Day fast approaching.
  7. OK Shane, so here's a quick question for you. Do you ever get to drive them other than pulling in and out of the garage ? All those beautiful rides.......I don't think I could resist the temptation. Oh, and by the way........Marquis is the man !
  8. Just keep them out of the garage and away from the cars.
  9. Welcome to the forums, Ryan. Chris has you covered ^^^^^. Interior Detailer for a light cleaning and Leather Conditioner for some protection on the wood trim.
  10. Welcome to the group, Billy. Post up some pictures of the vehicles you are keeping shiny with Adams.
  11. I'd push for a new set also. Hang on to the first set though, and see if you can clean them up to your satisfaction. That way you'll have a spare set should anything happen to the new replacements.
  12. ^^^^ Agreed. Never been there myself, but have friends who have gone and it's definitely a huge crowd and would be a perfect opportunity for some exposure.
  13. Welcome aboard. You won't be disappointed with the level of shine from Adam's products. Lots of "shine-o-holics" here.
  14. Sounds like there is some kind of dealer-installed coating on the car. It makes sense that the Waterless Wash doesn't react the same way since the WW doesn't contain any carnauba wax like the DS does. If you have any Ceramic Boost, give its try and see if you get the same streaking effect as the DS.
  15. Not sure about the SPF of the Interior Detailer, but Leather Conditioner has SPF of 65 and can be used on most all of the same interior surfaces as ID (no NAV screen). I would stay away from using VRT inside as it doesn't leave the surface non-greasy like the interior products do, and you may pick up some glare off the dashboard with VRT applied.
  16. Welcome to the group, Harmony.

    New Car!!

Best of luck with the new car. No better time than the present to pick up the new 9H Ceramic Coatings.
  18. Similar question titled "Drying Aid for Ceramic Coated Cars" asked by @dfettero on Thursday. Check out this post by @nasastang from last week. Posted Friday at 02:06 PM
  19. You'll want to warm it up slowly using a hot water bath, like you're heating chocolate to keep it from burning. Once it's melted and filled in around the container again, cool it down in the fridge and it should be good to go.
  20. How'd you know. Sometimes it's the simplest things in life that make us happy.
  21. Welcome to the group, Keith. I recommend you watch as many videos as possible, and feel free to ask questions. Lots of great advice to be had from the members. Oh, and post up some pics of the CRV, we love to see what you are keeping shiny.
