Hi Kristian, after you clay the car, be sure to rinse and dry the car completely, and follow that with an IPA or Coating Prep wipe down prior to applying the Paint Sealant. That way you're sure to get a good bond with the naked paint. You should also move the VRT step up in your order of application. If you "Dress all the plastic trim, inc rubber window surrounds in VRT – apply with dressing applicator block, wipe in with utility towel." prior to applying the Paint Sealant, the VRT layer will help you remove any errant residue from those areas. You can always go back over any trim areas with VRT for a quick touch up afterwards.

The main panels are made of FRP, or Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic, which is basically a polyester resin over fiberglass. I would imagine it will have some (minimal) expansion and contraction with change in temperature, so the trim coating may be the better option vs. the standard paint coating.

I finally had my first opportunity to use the new Eco Wheel Cleaner yesterday. The scent is extremely pleasant as compared to the regular Wheel Cleaner, and it cleaned well. It's definitely not the heavy duty cleaner that the regular WC is, but it loosened the brake dust and removed the road grime as expected. I will certainly have a need for both types of WC in my arsenal.

Thanks for hosting the clinic yesterday, Shane. It was an excellent opportunity to meet a couple fellow forum members, learn a few new tips and techniques, try out some specialized equipment, and make new friends along the way. What a great way to spend a Saturday. I would highly recommend that anyone who missed this one, should make the trip for the next one. Gotta give a shout out to Marquis, too. The only thing I would add to what the others have said above, is that the trunk organizer is very stiff and rigid in dimension. Meaning, it won't conform to a "less than perfectly square space". Depending on where you would store it in the car, the 8 bottle bag may fit in and area where the TO may not. That'll be 2 cents, please.

The thing you want to watch is spraying water directly on any unprotected electrical connections. It will take some time, but you can mask off those connections with plastic bags and waterproof electrical tape, and that will give you added protection you need to clean the engine bay with APC and water. As falcaineer mentioned above, you can then clean up any of these covered areas with a rag and WW or RW.
