I contacted customer support with a question on the viability of a product after I discovered it had mold in it. I had a gallon of rinseless wash on the shelf and had used maybe a pint out of it. While taking inventory before spring season started I decided to refill my 16 oz. Bottle that I use from and a big glob of mold came out. I filtered it out with a strainer but wasn't sure if I could still use it. Well let me tell you Ryan returned my email and happily replaced the product for me and even included a bottle of wheel cleaner. THANKS AGAIN!!

I too would agree with Ed's idea since just like you I have left over soap after my initial foam, so that would work well.
 
Also I would suggest switching from a 2 bucket wash, to a single bucket multiple mitts or microfiber towels. This is the method I use and it works really well. Since you can't be sure that 100% of the contaminants will come off the pad when scrubbing on the grit guard. Since you want to be extra safe, this method will definitely help with that.

yes on hearing conservation. I was told a few years ago that I had some slight loss on left side  so now I try and wear ear plugs at work and at home when mowing, weedeating , Skil saw and polishing, I told my wife the reason I had the hearing loss only on that side is because she sits to my left on the love seat. Not amused.

Why Not just buy gallons and split them with friends? Cheaper in the long run although you would have to source your own containers.

I like to use these screw covers. Looks much cleaner not seeing any screw head at all.
