LOL!! That is too funny. We once had a customer use the old Swirl and Haze Remover thinking it was Leather Conditioner!

That's a great product suggestion and Dan is right, we are working on something. I use Waterless Wash on the paint and APC on the plastic and trim.

Good questions. The orange and white pads will match up with the Fine Machine Polish and Swirl and Haze Remover, however, we no longer sell the green pad for the Severe Swirl Remover. If you purchased the PC through us, you likely have a 6" backing plate, so you would need the 7" pads.
In my honest opinion, I would go with the new polishes and pads. The new stuff is so much better. You will get better results with less work. Also, get the 5" backing plate for the PC along with the 6" pads.

Our polishes (Paint Correcting and Paint Finishing) actually work great on gel coats. If the surface is heavily oxidized, then polish before you clay. Also, have a couple back up pads, as they can get soiled pretty quickly.
From there, definitely go with a Sealant (preferably Liquid Paint Sealant). A sealant will hold up better in the elements.

Ashley@Adams got a reaction from TheWolf in What about one of these to prevent hard water spots?
I agree with The Wolf. Deionized water is the way to go.
If hard water can't be avoided then, right after rinsing (our Car Shampoo will neutralize the water when washing) hit the entire vehicle with Detail Spray ASAP. This should help prevent any spotting. Also, make sure you have a good coat of protection with either our sealant or wax, as this helps too.

If it's a light layer, you should be totally fine but remember when you're removing dust, to spray more liberally. The more liquid, the less likely you'll scratch the paint.

I would definitely avoid the emblem with the Cyclo brushes. Spray with the Carpet & Upholstery Cleaner and wipe clean with a towel.
