Even with the master blaster I try to go back over with a detail spray wipe. Just cleans up anything the master blaster missed.

I've used the same one for 2 yrs. plus. Rinse after use, hang dry ,brush out the knots in the mitt and store in covered was busket. I have a dedicated wash bucket for each of my 3 cars with a 4th bucket / mitt dedicated to wheels / rims.

Mustang GT takes about that long - the first time.
She's not a daily driver and lives in the garage. I follow the Adams Maintainence procedure and use a master blaster in lieu of great whites; this greatly reduces my detail time going forward.

Still use mine that's roughly 3 years old. Still looks brand new after it gets brushed out

Add to that process- after the mitt dries take a hairbrush and brush out the naps. Yes I'm serious. After awhile the mitts start to nap up. Remember you're talking to guys who blow dry their rides. Check out the "master blaster."

Was gonna suggest that next. Maybe some xpel ultimate film in certain areas the cat likes. Just installed some on my harley saddle bag lids, stuff is amazing bc it self heals itself when scratched just by direct sunlight or warm water

I'd supplement the Adam's arsenal with a brand new Feline Wool Wash Mitt.
