  1. I have a MacBook Pro and love it. Little more on the expensive side though.
  2. Red SS what? Camaro? Silverado?
  3. Correct. It is pretty much a liquid. Very runny. As a matter of fact, it used to be a spray until they added more carnuba to it. Just make sure to shake it everytime you go to apply it to an applicator as it separates quickly. Doesn't really take a lot of the product either, especially using the PC to spread it around.
  4. Lightly most the glass you're cleaning, take the side of the towel that feels less like suade and wipe the glass cleaner away. Fold the towel so that the suade side is up and buff away the remaining streaks.
  5. How soon did it rain after you applied it? How thick did you put it on?
  6. Looks good. But you are aware that you CAN make multiple passes of a step, correct?
  7. Need to try it. Wanna send me a bottle to test, Dylan?
  8. I went to remove the side moldings on my SS and had what looked like paint built up. Took it to a local body shop and asked if there was anything they could do. They said they could try but they don't want to mess it up even more. I went back home, grabbed 3M double sided tape and stuck the molding back on the car and said screw it. Lol. It's not like my side moldings are huge and hideous. The moldings on my dad's '96 SS on the other hand...are peeling and look HORRIBLE!
  9. This reminded me of how I can tell a car by it's headlights and tail lights, well most cars. Hahahaha! Personally, I prefer SOME badging, as it adds a little more character. There are some cars that can pull off being completely debadged, while there are others that don't look that good debadged. For example, my SS. I don't like the debadged look on it, and I actually added another emblem to it that wasn't stock. I like the look.
  10. The GM chicklets? The ones that came on the 2010 Camaros were just stuck on. My stepdad removed them from his.
  11. Never liked the huge bowties on the back. Good mod, or de-mod? Lol
  12. So, she didn't want to take "detailer" to it when she picked it up? I thought for sure that would be the case. I did a wash and wax on my dads '96 SS today and he was looking it over and said that it took out quite a few scratches and swirls. I was in the shade. Lol. I told him let the sun hit it and he'll see the swirls. It'll get polished this summer and then he really can say that. Lol. Did you take a 50/50 of the hood for her?
  13. I'm not talking about them getting all matted, but more to get out dirt and stuff deep down. I use high pressure water to rinse them after I'm done washing to get all of the soap out and everything, but I feel like not even that will remove everything. What I'm asking is what do people use to brush the dirt out, as an extra peace of mind thing, not to keep them fluffy.
  14. Does anyone brush out their mitts and pads? If so do you use a comb, hair brush, or what do get out particles that could be deep in the pad?
  15. Personally, I feel that the mitt is easier to control and easier to clean out compared to the pads. Also, I feel that they are softer than the pads. For me, I have 2 mitts for the SS and I have 4 wash pads to use on other vehicles, including my truck and other peoples cars I do for money.
  16. Adams must pay well...Dylan and Lynn with amazing houses!
  17. Ask and you shall receive. Looks like a gallon of detail spray, revive, buttery, detail spray, all purpose, and swirl and haze.
  18. Hmmm, I have it on DVR. I'll have to pay attention for it. How far in? And we are talking about the episode that just aired this past Sunday, 03/09, correct?
  19. Spoiler is rather large... Guy must have some money to own 3 rare cars
  20. Haven't gotten the chance to try it out yet. Better than VRT applied to the wheel wells? Because that's tough to beat...
