Taping off trim and gaps during detailing problem

This. I noticed Adam did this on the release videos of the new 2 step system. It was an "ah-ha" moment for me. The last time I polished, I worked the polish over the majority of the panel and when it was thin enough, I would hit the gaps. This did not leave any polish in the gaps. I am now only taping the emblems and plastic trim as well. -
I might even donate an organ for this. Beautiful!

I agree with all of the above. Nothing to be afraid of with the PC. The paint on my LR responded very well to the new two step system on the PC. -

Not sure on the first question but I'm interested in the answer. I would imagine QS will help protect the shine for a longer period of time. QS is great stuff.

Best way to restore paint with 250K miles on it

There's definitely nothing wrong with the old polishes. However, I noticed that the new two step system was worked far better (and faster) for me. I'm excited for the results. -
