  1. I doubt you will have a problem with the product, I would put microfiber in a plastic container though.
  2. Wes, Do the paint correction, including sealant. But, you will need to fully clean the area before applying the flares. If they attach with double back tape I would clean the adhesive area fully to remove any sealant, maybe even lightly scuff it with scotchbrite or similar, then wipe area with a IPA or similar. Others will probably chime in later. Bruce
  3. The Cyclo and Flex each have their strengths. For my personal use I usually just go to my Cyclo, I get great results and really low vibration. The Flex takes a little less time, but with a bit more vibration. I've not yet used the Rupes, but one of my detailers loves his. The PC is a good low dollar tool for the casual user.
  4. The driving experience is great, no doubt about it, and the model S is a good looking car. The Model 3 looks too similar, except I think the front end looks horrible, and the range anxiety in any Tesla would probably kill me. I am very happy they are selling well, they are just not for me.
  5. To each their own. To me, it's is same sausage, different length style, and the front end looks like they just forgot to add the grill, not designed a car without a grill. Not even as attractive as the S model, which is a good looking vehicle. Musk has done a great job on starting a new car company and building a great car for some people though, it just doesn't fit anything I need. Bruce
  6. Justin, Welcome to the forum. Beautiful Camaro, and great pictures, photography and settings! Bruce
  7. A pair of gorgeous Harley's. You will love Adam's on them. Hopefully you got some Brilliant Glaze, you'll love it on that Harley paint. Bruce
  8. Welcome aboard Jack. I am right over the hill in Northridge if I can give you any tips, or help you with products. Great looking truck. Bruce
  9. Welcome to the forums. I had to check and see where you are located. I have a similar customer, son found me through his mom who is a customer. Kind of funny. Bruce
  10. Besides being an Adam's dealer in my spare time I design aircraft modifications. Everything from cargo conversions, on board fire suppression systems, re-engining, etc. Probably the easiest to spot is our DC-10 fire fighter.
  11. Nice die-cast. I use Detail Spray on all mine too. Bruce
  12. Agree with trying interior cleaner or APC. Another product that works really well, Mr Clean Magic Erasers. These are great for stubborn interior scuff marks. Bruce

    Project Vega

Thanks. I don't have the spec numbers in front of me, but it's a roller cam, Comp Cams Thumpr series. That should work well on the street.
  14. Agreed, welcome to the forum, and great looking truck! Bruce
  15. I noticed the script too, looks like Super Sport, or? Come on, don't be a tease, show us a pic. Bruce

    Project Vega

I haven't abandoned the project, just dealing with small hurdles. GM saw fit to discontinue, and recall unsold models of the crate motor I wanted, so I went with a custom build. Started with 350, 4 bolt main, then bored and stroked to 383, forged and balanced internals (American made naturally), aluminum heads, and lots of other great parts. Should be between 450 -500 HP and TQ, plenty for my little street car. Trans is ready too, a built 700 R4. Have to modify the custom oil pan, then start test fitting drivetrain. Still a long ways to go, but making progress. Bruce
  17. Welcome to the forum. Loads of great info on what to use where. Bruce
  18. Beautiful car, more details and pics on it please. Is it a '66? New owner, or long family history? Sorry if there's a thread detailing all this, I'll search (next). Great job correcting it too. Bruce
  19. The fire nozzle was great, if pricey. A drawback to being to being American made. Worth every penny though. My mom (92 years old) still hand waters her lawn and hated all the nozzles she had bought. One day I brought her a fire hose nozzle, thinking it might be too bulky for her to use. She loves it! It really is a great nozzle. The three size wheel woolies were another great tool, but seemed pricey to a lot of customers. I still have a few sets in stock, just kind of a slow mover, but a great tool. These products are great, maybe just low volume sellers. Bruce
  20. That's great news. I better sell off my old inventory before it comes out though!
  21. True, I enjoy watching when I happen to catch it, but do not purposely sit down to watch it. The next person will be wearing shorts when they wash their car tomorrow. (I'm in so Cal)
  22. Welcome, you'll love that Cyclo. Bruce
  23. There is an ice cream, Talenti gelato, that comes in almost the exact size jar. Just an alternate suggestion. Bruce
