  1. I've owned the same craftsman chainsaw since about 2003. Only had to change fuel lines and spark plug and it still runs like a champ.
  2. Try a turbo stick too. Maybe the repeated beating on it will loosen it up.
  3. I'm not sure what setting, I just turned it to max foam. You can use one bottle of the mixture to do one wash (initial foam, then rinse with water, then foam again) once you figure out the right consistency.
  4. Adams car shampoo of course! One pump from the gallon bottle with the pump attachment, into the cannon bottle filled 90% with water. Cannon is entirely much better than the gun. Good thing about the gun is its a 2 minute setup and breakdown if you're short in time. But the thickness of the foam from the cannon is night and day better than the gun. I would say the cannon foam is like shaving cream thick and the gun is more like soapy water.
  5. Dylan, I looked today and there was a little bit of brake dust residue. I didn't put much effort into rinsing it off so that's probably why it's still there. I didn't see any chemical staining or bleaching or anything like that. Once I get time to go out and try to remove the brake dust from the ground, I'll post the results. I have pavers btw and they were sealed about a year ago.
  6. I bought mine last week, same price. Don't think it's going to get any cheaper. I bought mine from Walmart.com and it was free shipping.
  7. It's the least I can do for such great service and products that you guys provide us with.
  8. 16 surveillance cameras outside my house have helped me alleviate that problem. Also caught the a-hole who hit my truck a few weeks ago and didn't feel the need to tell me about it. Thx to his company I will be getting a new front bumper very soon.
  9. I'd have to double check, getting the car cleaned was my first priority. I didn't pay much attention to the ground. I did have some heavy brake dust stains left from a heavy rim and barrel cleaning a few weeks ago, but the dust residue is what was left, not cleaner. Especially since it was GWC I used a few weeks ago, not DWC. I will follow up with you on that issue though.
  10. Btw, the boars hair blonde brush works great! It generates a nice foam too when using the shampoo/water mixture. I'm sure the neighbors driving by we're wondering why my wheels were bleeding and my driveway looked like a crime scene. Lol
  11. Thx guys, the wheels are sparkly clean now. I think I'll do another deep cleaning the next time. Does the DWC strip the QS? I want to clay them and QS next time. I haven't clayed them yet.
  12. I think I used about 1 pump of the shampoo from my gallon jug into a 36oz bottle with water in it.
  13. IMO the daily specials are really good if you need a specific item or two, because if you bought 5 daily specials you'd be paying shipping 5 times. If you have a big order I suggest buying on a holiday special or using a discount code and getting it all at once. And if you're new your money would probably be spent wiser on more actual product than on a bag right now. Just my .02
  14. Got my DWC kit in earlier this week, so finally got the time to try it. If my memory serves me correct, I've been fighting the OCD demons and letting the BMW brakes marinate in dust for about 2.5-3 weeks. Today, that changed. Before: Sprayed on the first dose: Keep in mind, I just cleaned the rims and barrels very good almost 3 weeks ago with GWC and the turbo sticks. This car is terrible with brake dust! I also used the QS after the last cleaning. Only issue I had was the "mud" from the barrels was very thick and it began to dry on the out edges of the spokes before I could rinse it all off. Quick re-clean with diluted shampoo and the boars blonde brush fixed that with minimal effort. Tried out my new MTM foam cannon. Was kind of fun! End result, I had to rush near the end since I was short on time.
  15. Sealant needs to go on a bare surface. The glaze then wax, like stated above.
  16. Mtm first use, this thing is awesome!
  17. I think they suggest NOT to store the applicator inside the APW container.
  18. Get the DWC kit with the wheel woollies and pick up some turbo sticks. Throw some QS on them after you clean them up real good and then mix up a few ounces of car shampoo and water for your next few cleanings so you don't degrade the QS. Don't forget to use the wheel woollies and turbo sticks to get the back of the rims really clean.
  19. What really helps in my opinion too is to make sure you get behind the rims and get the barrels and also hit the calipers and pads with a few shots of the cleaner of your choice. The turbo stick and wheel woollies are great for cleaning the barrels. I use QS on my fiancé's BMW and it makes cleaning the rims much easier. So easy you can just use a mixture of Adams shampoo and water to clean them with ease.
  20. If you really want those wheels to stand out, get some Adams APC or DWC and clean the brake dust off them completely. Get some high gloss high heat black spray paint and give it about 3 coats. I used APC to remove all the VRT so I taped off the tires to avoid overspray, but you may be okay if you throw a few coats of VRT on them before you spray. Then I hit the rims with some QS and they still look great, months later. Makes a huge difference!
  21. Wait until you try alllll the other products. Next up I would suggest glass cleaner and detail spray.
  22. Maintain them with a mixture of Adams shampoo and water in a spray bottle. When they get a bit dirtier use GWC. Really dirty go for DWC. The shampoo/water is ph neutral and very safe to use on the rims for weekly washing.
  23. Ok wow, I was going to ask you to come detail my boat next for that price!
