  1. Very solid for it being nightly's only right now and fairly early in the release cycle. The addition of the granular privacy controls on top of the CM privacy control solution is nice. I run it underclocked to 1.1 ghz and have no lag issues at all with the phone. It is just solid.
  2. I'll swing by for a few minutes to pick up something for the sake of the flood relief.
  3. I don't see any reason to cover the battery up. I have never heard of issues with them being un-covered when dealing with the engine bay.
  4. This is debatable. The security at the app level is due to having a longer wait period between when a developer can release an app or an update to an app through the app store. Also the development license cost as well. So lets call it security through obscurity in this case. Android does a much better job at sandboxing apps. Especially in 4.3 when they added app permissions management and SELinux to the kernel stack. And as far as easy to use? For who? For people that are fairly clueless in regards to technology? Yeah I'll agree with that. But not for anyone that has any experience on a computer. OSX is a nightmare for me to use because I don't depend on a mouse to do anything. So in the same sense Android is much easier for me to use because I am "power user" (I hate that term). My favorite argument with the Android vs iPhone debate is the line "but it just works" in regards to iPhones. You're right. The carriers haven't crippled it. When I bought a Nexus phone... it just worked. IMO carriers are the cause of more headaches than the manufacturers. Currently I am running an S3 with CM10.2 (Android 4.3) on it and have been using Dropbox and Dropsync to keep everything sync'd up between my computer at home and my phone/tablet. And I am in the middle of setting up OwnCloud to play with as a possibility to get rid of the reliance on Dropbox.
  5. Only time I have seen anything close to foam as well. Also that nastiness is from the passenger floormat that was cleaned at the dealership... a bit of CUC in the Bissel with the hot water as well. Works great.
  6. I wish I could get away with that. The way the rockers are shaped on my car I have to lay flat to get to them. I don't know what I will do after I lower the car tomorrow I didn't hate doing glass until I bought a car that I can barely reach the rear window on.
  7. I've pretty much retired the IOS at this point in favor of the SVRT milk. I can spray it into places the IOS would normally be used and wipe up the excess with a MF towel.
  8. Jason, I just saw you rescued the doggies on Facebook. Katie sent me a pic of her and Mike's house last night. Mike's car floated down the street. Here is a video from about half a mile from Jason's house. https://www.facebook.com/video/embed?video_id=10153233912220137 I am pretty sure one of my cars is under water right now in storage.
  9. I wait until I am at work and do it in the parking lot there. So if you drive down Interlocken and smell grape, it was probably me.
  10. It still blows my mind that QS is more durable than MSS. I just did that exact layering on the CC. MSS then a layer of BG and topped with APW. It really made the pearl pop out.
  11. I think it smells more like daddy issues and desperation... But that is a pretty solid description too
  12. Get the flex and just delegate the 4" focus pads to the PC. I did things that way this weekend. Tackled the larger flat panels with the flex, and cranked up the speed a bit on the PC with 4" pads for any tight areas. You can use the same brushes as the Cyclo uses on the PC as well... I own the leather brush that DetailersDomain sells. It works very well on the PC.
  13. Don't make me come to the warehouse looking for it! LOL But seriously I will see you later today. I should really just start signing my paychecks over...
  14. I think the angle is throwing you off. Definitely the front bumper in both of the pictures.
  15. He did do the fronts. Look at the pictures. Sonax on the driver side and Adam's on the passenger side.
  16. I don't even have wipers on one of my cars. Glass sealant and keep the windshield clean.
  17. I mixed in a bit of VRT with my TID to give it a bit more of a "dressed" look but without it being as glossy as VRT by itself.
  18. I worked for a moving company a long time ago. I can tell you right now that they don't care about your stuff. Fragile is just a suggestion. Especially when moving stuff off of one truck in the warehouse and repacking it in another. Things just get thrown in. Also you moved to Colorado Springs. No wonder you had the guy praying on the clock lol.
