lol, He must be the most interesting man in the world:D

this is by far the best beer ever, i dont drink it all the time as its reserved for special occasions, its called Weihenstephaner.

Its still brewed under the german "purity law"

I dont drink a ton, actually pretty rarely anymore but when i do it will be a Heineken, Corona or Sam Adams with a steak

Silver bullet if I'm going to drink beer. Every once in a while I'll drink Labatts or Kokanee though. I've got some beer snob friends who will introduce me to a good german beer once in a while but I could never remember any of their names, haha.

Has anyone ever tried this beer? You can get it at BevMo!

About the legend

From the very beginning, Unibroue has carved out a special niche in the beer world with top quality products and a brand rooted deep in Quebec culture. It made history by becoming the first North American beer maker to use a brewing method inspired by the two-centuries-old tradition developed by Trappist monks in Europe—particularly in Belgium. Over the years, Unibroue has remained faithful to its origins even as it has grown to become an icon of the brewing world. Unibroue products take you on a journey filled with legends and fabulous tales.

Wow not sure how to go with this one. I'm a beer fan. Mostly canadian beers molson moosehead labatts. Micro's like Magic Hat #9 ,Sea Dog blueberry both made from New England breweries. of course I have no issues with drinking a bud or a mick.:jester:

I can honestly say, I've never had a beer I didn't like. What I usually drink depends on what kind of mood I'm in. If I'm feeling on top of the world, a nice strong IPA. If I just finished working in the yard, a Miller Lite will do the job.

My only regret is, so little time, so many beers!

Avery Brewing out of Boulder, CO makes some good beers. My favorite being their Czars Imperial Stout. And anything in their demon series.

But to me the best bear is beer that someone else is buying.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com<img src=" /><o:p></o:p>

I have tried it and enjoyed it thoroughly. Not sure I'd choose it over some of my other 'go to' beers, but its very tasty.

I get to do a lot of traveling around the country for work. we always try to find the local brews. Occasionally we find something "local" that I can get at home. Currently I have been alternating Moose Drool (Made in Missoula MT) and Alaskan Amber.

Two favorites in the country right now: Mud Sharks in Lake Havasu City, AZ and a microbrew we found in Medford Oregon whose name escapes me.

I am going to have to agree with Mook, my local (Denver) favorite is 1554. Mmmmmmmm tastey.

BTW for those of you who have netflix, look for Beer Wars. Facinating look at the micro beer vs the national brands. Great documentary. You will see some familiar faces like the Sam Adams and Dog Shark owners.

I usually drink Miller lite. Living around Milwaukee it is almost a requirement.

Isn't that the truth. Every time I've been to Milwaukee for a HD event it's darn near impossible to find a Bud Light. I wonder if its hard to get a Miller in St Louis:cheers:

I'm a beer fanatic! Here's a pic of me in Chester, England with the coaching staff of my son's Lacrosse team. We were at a Cask Ale Extravaganza-

And my husband and I were recently at MINIs on The Dragon in NC/TN. One of our favorite events of the gathering is the Friday Night Brew Swap. Everyone brings beer from local craft breweries in their area and then you spend the next hour or two running around trading beers. We always come home with some phenomenal beers. I haven't even gotten all of ours into the fridge yet.

As for my favorite beers, right now I'm loving Left Hand Black Jack, Bellhaven Scottish Ale and my usual is Murphy's Stout.

I'll post pics of my brew swap booty when I get it all unpacked.

Beerfest was this past weekend, there I found this local, well an hour away, place called LagerHeads Smokehouse, they have there own brewery and make some really intersting beers and GREAT BBQ!

I suggest either The Big Butt or The Sloppy BBQ sandwiches, served with a "Tyrrany" American Pale Ale.

I ever get AJ up this way we gonna go EAT! lol:banana:

Brad, you actually can find Bud Light pretty easy around here. Miller sponsors every Harley event what's probably why you couldn't find Bud. If you went into any bar, they would have it.

I think the only place you won't find Bud is at a Brewer's game.... they play at Miller Park
