You guys have been so enthusiastic about the Merino mitt that I couldn't wait...had to get a different brand, though.

Ouch! You couldn't wait for them to replenish inventory? :(

I'll wait... I actually want it without the car wash... I have over a gallon of the stuff already. lol

I actually want to see how they hold up. Do they twist and look like dreads after a while or do they stay nice and combed?

The only downside is your neighbors are now going to suspect you're using a small cuddly woodland creature to wash your car :jester:

LMAO. That's exactly what it looks like when it's sitting there...

Put your hand in and it's a cute little fury puppet! :lolsmack:

Its always a good idea to read the product pages:

Caring for your Adam's Ultimate Merino Wool Car Wash Mitt couldn't be easier! Its machine washable with gentle detergents and a cold water setting. Hang dry in an area out of direct sunlight and if your mitt loses its fluff simply comb the fibers out with a hair brush while drying.

I actually read that... I want to see them before buying them though.

I am NOT one to comb out my detailing supplies. I will toss and repurchase. If I have to do that, I'll just keep buying the synthetic pads and toss when bad. :)

Side by side, they are like two different pads all together. Personally, I think the current 9x9 and 11x11 pads we carry are fantastic, and everyone should have at least two sets!

The car wash is thrown in for free...so you would rather pay the same price for the mitt and not receive the car wash just because you already have some? :lolsmack:

Sadly, no...my car is dirty now. Need it shiny and swirl-free for the 4th of July parade...Looks like it's "out for delivery" now.

If it's any consolation, I'll be using a fair amount of FMP, BG, and Americana to finish the job.

Somewhere in a dark corner of the warehouse we're lopping the heads off of fluffy little bunnies and stitching an elastic cuff on the neck hole.... its a sick business this car care stuff.

:jester:

My neighbor has one in a cage outside...Hmmmmm!!!

They have a cat too that likes to jump on my truck... Hmmmmm!!!

Bunny fur to wash the top of the vette and cat for the lower half?

Good to hear ya liked it Pete!

I gave you the last one I had. Bob Krewson got my other one. I'm hoping to have more by the Chrysler show next weekend. Stop on by the booth if you're there, good chance we'll have some mitts in stock!

Is Bob the guy that was at your clinic and owns an convert SS Camaro and lives in Doylestown?

If so, I saw him last night at Shady Brook. Nice guy...
