Possible, but with my can at least, the top pops off with a bit of force. If it was getting stuck to my finger it would come off slowly, and more than likely still be stuck to my finger afterwards. It's a tricky problem for us to pin down as it has to do with the amount of propellant in the can and it changes as more of the product is used.
