Marylander Posted March 18, 2009 Posted March 18, 2009 Nice! If GM puts 0% on those out the gate, I may be awfully tempted...
shine on Posted March 18, 2009 Posted March 18, 2009 so black is the 'rarer' color...? it'd be nice to see some of the retro colors come back... Yenko green or blue or even the Chevy orange. yellow is a tough color for me to like - unless the car is dropped and has a great stance with some choice rims... there are a lot of yellow cars in these pics.
cuzjarrett94 Posted March 19, 2009 Posted March 19, 2009 HOLY SHIZZZLE POP!!!! jason anymore pics?cant wait to drive one of these babies....:burnout::burnout:
chevyguy8893 Posted March 19, 2009 Posted March 19, 2009 Now I just have to wait for on of those to get to the dealership I work at so I can see it. A lot of them have already been pre-ordered by customers.
Rich Posted March 19, 2009 Posted March 19, 2009 Love the car..................HATE the colors! Couldn't they come out with anything better than same old, same old?? Where's the stripes??

I read somewhere once that manufacturers often build most of the early cars of a new model in really bold, strong, or even bizarre colors (remember the first Dodge Neons?) so that they get noticed more. This way you'll suddenly start to "see" (and remember) lots of new Camaros on the road.
Chewy Posted March 19, 2009 Posted March 19, 2009 so black is the 'rarer' color...? it'd be nice to see some of the retro colors come back... Yenko green or blue or even the Chevy orange. . Give them a couple years and you'll see ALL kinds of odd things happen when they try to revive sales. New options, colors and perhaps models will be released. If they could make the dash NOT look like some type of Fisher Price toy I'd be tempted...
Marylander Posted March 19, 2009 Posted March 19, 2009 If you go to chevrolet.com they have a VERY cool website set up for the Camaro. Many more (and better) colors, plus if you do the "Build yours" option it shows you all the stripe possibilities. Here's a direct link to the site
Loud Pedal Posted March 19, 2009 Posted March 19, 2009 GM has the Z28 with the 556 hp LSA motor ready to go but is scared to release it because of the image it would promote, being they took money from the government (you and me). This country is weak in that department anymore, if you want a fuel sipper buy one they're out there. Buy hybrids, I need your gas
Bill-V8V Posted March 19, 2009 Posted March 19, 2009 GM has the Z28 with the 556 hp LSA motor ready to go That would be hard to resist, especially if it was a convertible :drool:
Baron_Von_Awesome Posted March 20, 2009 Posted March 20, 2009 Where's the stripes?? That's what I say! Some cars would just look better with stripes and the new Camaro is one of them - it looks naked
Rich Posted March 20, 2009 Posted March 20, 2009 Lots better looks at that website. I'll take the 2SS in the bright blue with white stripes.
Team Adam's Posted March 20, 2009 Author Posted March 20, 2009 That's what I say! Some cars would just look better with stripes and the new Camaro is one of them - it looks naked Painted stripes though!
Krzdimond Posted March 20, 2009 Posted March 20, 2009 Buy hybrids, I need your gas I'm going to put that on the back of the wagon:thumbsup:
b_pappy Posted March 22, 2009 Posted March 22, 2009 Some colors are still on constraint, like Cyber Gray Metallic. Stripe kits may be dealer installed. God looking car, and yes, I've been visiting my Chevy dealer a lot lately. Bruce
