0 Captain Slow Posted November 30, 2014 Share Posted November 30, 2014 This morning I went to get the Chicago Tribune off the driveway and noticed the beads on both vehicles. Adam's Quik Sealant x2 on both vehicles. G8 has seen a two bucket wash, a couple of Rinseless Washes and a layer of Americana since application in September. Booboo van was sealed November 2nd and has been on the Chicago expressways on a near daily basis since then. No washes or rinses except for rain. 0 ADL Posted December 22, 2014 Share Posted December 22, 2014 Gave my '87 Mustang several hours of love today. Snapped a few pics just before sheet rinsing. Back in mid-April (8 months!) I applied Liquid Paint Sealant and a thin coat of Buttery Wax. Still beading awesome! This car gets driven to work 5-6 days a weak and sits outside all day at work. It is garaged every night and usually not driven anywhere else, though. So, not the typical wear and tear of most daily drivers, but used none the less. Maintenance washes every 2 or 3 weeks. Sorry for the crummy photo quality. Overcast sky + white paint + broken camera flash. I doctored the contrast and stuff as best I could. 0 El_Gabe Posted January 27, 2015 Share Posted January 27, 2015 so im guessing this is bad lol , it rained monday night and most of tuesday morning it has been sunny most cars on the streets have been dry for a while even one was left with water spots and my mustang is looking like this..... its crazy how its only like that on the top of the car ,windows are dry and side too i have a order of liquid paint sealer and americana paste wax getting here thursday cant wait to put it on soo it can look like some of your guys amazing cars Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Planning on getting my first taste of Americana with my next order. I started with decent paint; not too swirled up, and got close enough to perfection for my needs. Especially on a daily driver.
