  1. I ordered some this morning so i'll be sure to feedback once I get them in and try them out.
  2. welcome to the addiction. I just started using Adam's products about a month ago and now have a good supply of stuff to keep my Jeep looking nice.
  3. the new "blue towels" are also shown as being good for rinse-less wash. I picked up 4 this morning and a gallon of rinse-less. My traditional wash this weekend was no fun because it was cold and windy so rinse-less in the garage this winter is going to be a must.
  4. looks nice. I test drove one before I got my SRT. they are quick for sure.
  5. That was done after I spent a little more time cleaning them up. When I rotate them next time i plan to do a full coating front and back.
  6. Took the nicer weather today to do a little side by side of Adam's DWC vs the other lime green wheel cleaner that is quite popular. The goal was to determine which one I would keep using by the gallon on my ever dusty SRT wheels. Short story --- Adam's hands down. With no agitation it removed about 50% more brake dust than the other brand and about 80% of the total dust. a quick agitation with a brush got them looking new. Enjoy. before During After
  7. Yep. I'm forcing myself to hold off for a little while on the tune but it's probably not going to happen haha. To much temptation with the other guys knocking out sub 4 second 0-60s with basic intake/exhaust.
  8. i'm a member on both the "red" and "blue" sites.
  9. ahhh peanuts.... I hate them. The paper is so much better and as a bonus gets re-used to various things around the garage.
  10. I did quick sealant , glaze, wax. results were great.
  11. I also have a bottle on order and am anxious to give it a shot.
  12. I bought a new Jeep.... Made in the USA (JNAP) with parts from who knows where... does that count? And some more Adams
  13. Just thought I would add to this thread. Did my quick detail this past weekend for the winter
  14. duh.... I feel stupid now. For some reason I was thinking the Z06's were out already.....
  15. Thanks for the quick responses. Ill strip the hood down this coming weekend and give it another shot with the apply and immediately remove method.
  16. I just got a new jeep grand Cherokee and it is a great vehicle so far (only 200 miles). I have the srt so mpgs are bad but I knew that going in.
  17. Did my new car prep on my 2014 Jeep SRT over the weekend and went to finish up the process with a layer of quick sealant (my americana is on back order and didn't ship till the end of last week) and did not get the results I was expecting (i'm 95% sure it's user error but i'm not sure where in my process i'm messing up as I tried to follow the "how to" video) I tried spraying directly onto the panel, spreading, allow to dry for 1-2 minutes, buff off with a double soft...... after a closer examination in the sun there appeared to be quite a bit of streaking/remaining residue that required quite a bit of buffing off with the double soft (way more that I expected) to remove. I also tried spraying onto the applicator and then spreading, this seemed to work better but still the same issue as above but a slightly lesser degree. Any suggestions as to what i'm doing wrong? The car was freshly washed with a strip concentration, clayed and lightly polished so the surface should of been free of any product. My only thought is that i'm applying to much product? Panel maybe wasn't totally cool? Was I expecting it to buff off too easily? Thanks.
  18. nice, which engine did you go with? My former boss (retired) just got one, nice little car and sounds awesome.
  19. +1 on the seal first. Wax is considered optional but just adds one more layer of shine/protection.
  20. Looks good. Mine is scheduled to be delivered next week. I can't sleep.
