  1. I agree with everyone else, keep them in a dedicated place until you have enough to do a full load. This concept is also a good reason to stock up on various towels so you never run out...... off to order some more ....
  2. I have seen a lot of other sites that do this so i'm sure it would be fairly simple to implement depending on how the underlying code for the site is written.
  3. Ricky Bobby --- I will probably have a waterless wash jug (new style) available in about a month or so based on current usage. I will probably forget but please send me a PM in about a month.
  4. my brembo's dust like crazy so if I go longer than a week between washes I have to. If I do a weekly wash then a simple "soap and water" is fine.
  5. On my Jeep SRT I debadged the "jeep" on the hood, "grand cherokee" on the sides but left the "srt" on the rear and added an "SRT" to the lower grill area. The "jeep" in the middle of the hatch is still there simply because it is not very easy/cost effective to have removed. I say de-badge, gives a much cleaner look IMO.
  6. I would personally go for a clear bra to help protect against stone chips. maintains the lines of the car but still offers protection against chips.
  7. The trick to keeping the paint looking it's best is mastering a proper 2 bucket (or 3, separate bucket for wheels) wash.
  8. false (snowboard though) The next person is ready for spring.
  9. Nooooooo...... I actually saw a lady in my neighborhood a few months ago "washing" her car by using a container of windex and a roll of paper towels. Started at the bottom and went up. It pained me to watch.
  10. I am also interested on what to use on the cloth like wheel well liners. For the suade/alcantera I just use a damp mifcpfober and wipe them off the. Brush it with a boars hair brush to freshen it up some and keep it from looking matted.
  11. pics or it didn't happen... haha
  12. +1 to this. I do about 30-35K miles a year and I am amazed daily at the stuff I see. I used to own a motorcycle but found myself riding it less and less due to being afraid I was going to get killed and sold it.
  13. i have Xpel on my SRT and it's a great investment to keep the chips away. I went a little overboard (I think) but I did full hood, full front fenders, bumper, grills, all lights, rocker panels, mirrors, and rear impact areas. I did it with about 300 miles on it before any chips were present.
  14. +1, only problem with their awesome customer service is that I want it from other places I deal with and get irritated/annoyed when it is far inferior (although I should expect it to be). Happened last night and I caught myself saying "I with they were like Adam's".
  15. that looks really nice, really like the exposed wood. Only thing I see missing is an outdoor kitchen.....
  16. i'm honestly scared to look. Off the top of my head 6 Double softs 6 of the new blue ones 10 waterless wash 4 glass 6 utility 2 great white drying 4 other brand drying towels 30-40 cheap ones that i use for really dirty tasks and typically discard after 2 uses I'm sure i'm forgetting something.
  17. I do this so I would say that it is not taking it to far.
  18. I use a pump sprayer to pre-soak the panel i'm about to use rinseless on, in particular the lower areas and front of the vehicle. I dilute it to 1oz per 1/2 gallon, spray the panel, and then use the 2 bucket rinseless approach with 1oz in 2 gallons of solution. This 1/2 gallon pre soak dilution usually gets me though a wash with a little to spare.
  19. I actually bought a pump sprayer and keep about 1/2 a gallon diluted in there for use as a presoak/waterless. Seems to work well so far (only used 2x) and much easier on my hands than using the pull trigger countless times.
  20. looks like fun. Nice collection of cars represented.
  21. Big fan here as well. Just ordered another bottle.
