I am using Liquid Paint Sealant and H2O G&G on my daily. Has done incredibly well even in harsh weather and far less than ideal conditions on the jobsite. Even heavy dirt and grimes is easily removed.

I awakened my 2011 Ness Cross Country the other day and did a full detail.  I washed, clayed, then sealed with H20 Guard and Gloss.  I really like the H20 G&G for the bike as it is easier to get in all the cracks/crevices much better than a paste.  I will maintain with a waterless wash/frequent H20 G&G.  I did use Adam's metal polish/sealant on the front and back rims.

Now it's time to ride!  (Pardon the messy garage)

I don't have any pics from today and it's dark out at the moment, but here's one from earlier.  I can't wait for Spring to get here so I can get out my new polisher and really perfect the paint.

Wifey and I are on a week+ long road trip!  Headed up to the cabin in NC to attend a big Porsche event as well as relax and see some sights...

We split the drive up into two days.  Left SW FL and stopped in Savanah GA for the night.  Left the next morning and arrived at the cabin mid-afternoon.  The drive was very good...uneventful.  Traffic and weather were very good.

Got up to the cabin and the weather was PERFECT!  Upper 70's, low humidity and sunny, blue skies!  Fired up some chicken on the grill and had a very enjoyable evening out on the deck!

The next day, today, was spectacular as well!  Beautiful weather!  (glad, cuz it's supposed to rain the next couple days)  Again high 70's, blue skies, sunny...

Got up and hit the Blue Ridge Parkway and decided to go up to Mt. Mitchell.  Made some new friends at the top! Some fellow Porsche owners.  1965 911 and a 1957 356 Coupe!!!  Hung out with the owners and chatted a while and then hiked up to the summit and checked out the views!

Headed back down and stopped at a few lookout points for a couple photo opportunities.  Cruised the Blue Ridge a little more and wound up in a little town called Spruce Pine and had some lunch!  Hopped back on the Blue Ridge, headed home, fired up some dogs on the grill...Yes!  Awesome.  Hung out on the deck, perused the forums, got the fire pit going and had a few cocktails!  A PERFECT day!

I will update this as our adventure continues!

Ace22 got a reaction from MeatsmeadsWab in Travel sized detail spray bottle?
When I ordered some Detail Spray a few years ago, I purchased an order of Detail Spray (gallon-sized) and with the order came a small travel-sized bottle (4 oz).  I keep this in my motorcycle bag for quick touch ups.

I was wondering if they still make a small spray travel-sized bottle to keep in the car glove box for bird crap, etc.  I know I can buy some travel-sized ones at the store, but I just like the looks to show off my Adam's products.  If anyone has one of these used I am willing to trade/pay for it.  Thanks

I appreciate rare, offbeat, lightweight, technological things. The kinds of cars that earn respect via subtlety and quiet competence. The kinds of cars that go unnoticed by the vast majority but get a wink and a thumbs-up from those in the know.

And if you live in a cold climate stay away from the ice melt and rock salt.  Use old fertilizer or ammonium nitrate.

What's up everyone! I am new to the threads but not so new at Adam’s. I have been working under Adam and the team here in Colorado for a few months now and man has it been a wild one! But before I give my full introduction, I decided to do a little write up for you all.

My roommate recently purchased this 2011 Subaru WRX. It is their factory Obsidian Black. Although this thing is relatively younger, with only 42,000 miles on the odo, it seems as if this thing has been put through the ringer of cotton drying towlels, sandpaper, automatic car washes and just terrible upkeep. It was with great pleasure to introduce this vehicle with our fine products here at Adam's to bring it back to life! On to pictures!

    Right when he pulled up

Here are some close ups of the before. As you can see it has TERRIBLE water spots & extreme swirls.

The wheels and tires were treated with All Purpose Cleaner, Deep Wheel Cleaner and Tire Shine paired with the Wheel Woolie the night before and pictures were not taken

We then began with the typical two-bucket wash. During this time I had the owner (John) helping out, watching and learning how to properly wash the car.

After the quick wash down it was into the Detail Bay. I gave it a spritz of Detail Spray out of the 1L Kwazar and began to dry it with the Great White Drying Towels.

    And, of course, the Clay!

After lifting some water spots, the swirls are still poking through all the Detail Spray

On to the paint correction! My weapon of choice was the Cyclo, paired with the Orange Microfiber & Orange Foam pads and the Paint Correcting Polish. Following that was the White Foam and Paint Finishing Polish.

Here is a quick 50/50 of the hood right above the hood scoop (no tape on my part L)

As you all know, getting a hammered vehicle like this back to life took hours! It is for sure worth the results in the end though. Since this WRX has never seen any love from any sort of detail, I went ahead and gave it a seal with the Liquid Paint Sealant and the Wax and Sealant Pads on the Cyclo.

After the sealant had its time to dry & cure on the paint, I was able to then give it the ultimate treatment with a coat of the Americana Paste Wax.

I couldn’t be happier with how this came out, and neither could the owner. It still has some deeper scratches that could use some work with a drill and 4” backing plate, but are hardly noticeable from the all the shine the surrounding paint gives it.

Thanks for looking everyone! You’ll be seeing more of me around more often, I can’t wait to get to know you all!

    Michael

+1, put it on yesterday and really like the way it handles/shines.  Definitely not too greasy and overly bright, just a deep dark semi-gloss look.

I had posted a question about just using Liquid Paint Sealant as a stand alone product due to the dust/pollen in my area.  I felt bad as my pictures were pretty poor from my cell phone.  So, here is my new '14 Audi RS5 with a clay, revive polish, brilliant glaze, and two coats of liquid paint sealant. Not quite as warm as with my Americana, but I feel like it turned out pretty well.

I agree on the dilution ratio.  I recently ran out of my waterless wash, and mixed up my rinseless, and I actually like this much better and seems slicker than waterless wash.  Gallon rinseless ordered...check!

Thank you for dedicating your time, livlihood, life, and family to keeping our American lifestyle in tact.

Today, we cannot thank you enough.  We will make a feeble attempt, however:

I'm honored to be an American.  Honored to focus on keeping our mission and products American Made.

Honored that your life choices have kept us, your fellow Americans safe, and provided an amazing life experience for us, and our families.
