  1. I agree. Get an LED flashlight. You just have to find the right angle.
  2. Waht type of pads are using foam or microfiber? You may have to live with those deeper defects.
  3. 1985 Honda Civic - Bought used in 1996. Handed down to my bro and it went up in flames 1999 Pontiac Grand Prix GT - Bought new in 99 for $18k using GM pricing. Sticker was $24k. Current Daily Driver with 98k miles 2002 Camaro SS- Bought used around 2006 for 25k with 3k miles. Currently own and is sitting at 14k miles.
  4. Great color. Looks great. The engine bay looks awesome.
  5. If your nail catches the scratch or chip, the only way to fix it is to repaint it (ie touch up paint). Polishing won't do much unless the scratch is on the top surface and didn't go through. I detail my own car but I know of a couple detailers around the south bay but unfortunately they are not Adam's users. Although they do good work. I'm sure they would be willing to work with you if you have the Adam's products in hand. PM me if you want their contact info.
  6. A wax or sealant would be good to follow revive and protect the paint.
  7. How is this a downfall to the forum? This forum is intended for Adam's products. Definitely not a downfall of this forum. There are other detailing forums if you wish to stray away from Adams products.
  8. Very hard to understand a post like this. Trying to undersand the purpose of it.
  9. This one appears to be available. http://www.adamspolishes.com/p-830-new-adams-leather-interior-care-kit.aspx
  10. Greatl looking TB. Always been a fan of them.
  11. I do the same thing and it works just fine. For heavy dust rinseless wash is the way to go.
  12. 3M makes a leather repair kit that you could try. It's available at most local autoparts store.
  13. Glad to hear. At least give us a teaser
  14. Same here. If you are using Adam's polish I would follow right up with sealant or wax. If you are using a non-Adam's polish then IPA would be ok but at a small dilution as posted up above. If you have revive polish you could use that as a paint cleaner prior to using sealant/wax.
  15. Congrats. Great looking color. I also see you are a fellow w-body owner.
  16. Good point. Wax would protect it from the elements.
  17. Mine showed up this moring as well. Have to thank Nick once again for the online contest.
