    Placed an order a couple of weeks ago, and I was going to be away from home for a little while.
     
    Emailed Adam's right after placing my order, and had them "hold shipping the items" so that they would be delivered once I returned.
     
    Kourtney emailed me back, almost immediately and took care of this without any problem!
     
    Just wanted to give a big "Thank You" to Kourtney, and all of the Adam's team for always looking out for their customers unique and individual needs!

    EDIT:  Use your best judgement on your towels, I have 3 of the towels you mentioned and when you want the absolute softest touch, they work great.  Also, I have seen some waffle weave towels updated recently with silk banded instead of overlock stitching - I think this is a huge plus.  Perhaps in a GWDT update they will get them banded with silk.

    Both the Americana & Patriot are fine waxes that both shine like crazy.
    The Patriot wax is made from the most premium, purest, Brazilian carnauba wax.....so the better the grade of carnauba will give you better shine and performance but it will also cost more.
    Like I said both are great waxes!

    Hey guys!

    As Rich said above, a few sections missing from the tool is not going to affect the performance. These are small defects from the manufacturer and we will discuss the matter in our next meeting. 

    Even if we can fix this issues, there is no reason that the clay bar would perform any different. 

    We will keep you updated.

    Just a heads up, as always Adam's customer service is fantastic! I have received an email back after emailing - orders@adamspolishes. A few may have accidentally came out of the mold incorrectly with those few geoimpressions missing. They already have a replacement on the way. Sounds like its nothing to be worried about or keep anyone from ordering the kit.
     
    Rshadd, I wouldn't hesitate on ordering the kit, by the sounds of it a very small amount may have been affected.

    I'm really sorry that your products were damaged in transit. That happens to less than 1% of our customers so it's definitely not typical. If you give us a call we would be happy to send you a replacement for any bottles that leaked. 

    Usually if there's a damaged package, FedEx ships it back to us, but this one was unnoticed since I didn't effect the box. The last thing we want is an unhappy customers. I'm really sorry you had more negatives to say about us than positives, we do try our hardest to make everything the best we can.

    Hey Tracy,
     
    I'm really sorry that you got slushy Total Interior Detailer! We do try to only ship things out when the weather is nice here so that things don't freeze, but we can't say what the weather will be like once its gets to you.

    If you let your TID thaw a bit, I'm sure it did not change chemical makeup unless it was exposed to extreme heat and cold while being shipped. Of course, if anything seems off about the product ( smell, performance, color.) let us know and we will ship you a replacement. 

    Again, I apologize that your product froze. Maybe we need to invest in insulated boxes for winter?!
     
    Let us know how the outcome is. We will not leave you unsatisfied with our product!

    Thank you so much for the wonderful comments Nick! It is just as awesome to get good feedback as it is to give good customer service. 

    There's a lot of coupon codes out there and it's sometimes hard to keep track of all of them. haha. Thank you for being patient with me while I verified the 15% off code in Instagram and processed the two transactions!

    I had a great experience with Kourtney on the phone today so I thought I would share. I am not an Instagram user but I do stalk the Adam's IG page on occasion... Ok mostly everyday... Matt is sneaky and throws up codes and giveaways over there. Anyway, I saw a code there yesterday for 15% off so I had a cart brewing and then up pops the 20% off chem sale. So here I am with some chemicals and some non chemicals in my cart. I call in and Kourtney takes my call. She was unaware of the 15% code but verified it and proceeded to take my 2 orders, chem and non chem, and then just combined them so they would ship together. I had also added a few items to my non chemical order that I didn't really need trying to get to the $75 free shipping cutoff. I told her this and she said it wouldn't be a problem and removed them for me and still gave me the free shipping since the two orders exceeded the cutoff.
     
    As we have all come to expect from Adam's, the service was great and Kourtney was very pleasant to talk to. Thanks again Kourtney!
