Big thanks to Ben for the great customer service! I don't know of any company that puts more effort into making sure the customer is happy than Adams does. He was more than willing to work with me on the kit to make sure it met all my expectations.

Welcome back Bill. In regards to the new blue Car Shampoo, it was reformulated about a year and a half ago to be higher concentration, more suds, and more slick. We updated the color to blue to match the rest of our blue washing products, and we changed the scent to a wild berry scent instead of cherry, since Super VRT has a very similar cherry scent.

I did thanks and actually ended up re ordering because they were offering free shipping on orders over $75 so i added a Adams red hex grip applicator and enjoy the free shipping! Oh man Im addicted...

I just dealt with Dan on the Adam's Polishes chat trying to make somewhat of a custom order.  Dan was patient and tentative and even offered suggestions on what kit to go with that would make it easier to customize.  After building a kit that was comparable to the one offered, I called to place my order.  There, I spoke to Ben, who was upbeat, friendly and very helpful.  I placed my custom order within minutes I was on my way.
 
The point of my story - In today's retail world, there lacks a level of customer service, but certainly NOT at Adam's.  At no time did Ben or Dan make my custom request seem like a bother.  They were totally helpful and understanding of the need to customize. 
 
So, thanks guys!
 
EDIT: Also, thanks to the shipping team.  It took 25 minutes after the phone call was concluded to have a tracking number. Wow!

We had a warm weekend here in ks so took advantage of it. I did a couple of maintenence washes for a friend of mine. First was his 63 impala and then his 13 ram. Both received 2 bucket wash followed by h20 gloss gaurd. I just started really using the gloss gourd and it has turnef into one of my favorite products.Ram will get some more work in the spring. The impala was polished in the fall. Also washed the wife's 02 GT, my 99 grand marquis (daily) and my 02 harley f150. Sadly didn't get any pics of those
