I agree with Kyle.  Your engine is more prepared for the elements than you think.

My 12 year old daughters birthday party was this weekend.  We drove her and 7 of her friends to Sky Zone (indoor trampoline park) about 30 minutes from the house.  We had to take 2 vehicles since there were a total of 11 of us.  Once we got to the place, all the girls that were in my car told the others "You HAVE to ride back in his car.......it smells SOOOOOOO GOOD!"  Quite the compliment considering they all own cell phones, I didn't even think they'd notice.  The other half did ride back with me and by the end of the day they were all obsessed!

Long story short, my wife has almost given me the complete green light on any car care purchases.  Even she notices the differences nowadays.

    - The product in question is the Detail Spray Air Freshener.....I need to buy more of them now!  And of course Adam's cleaned the rest of the interior as well.

I found out that my bonus this year is going to be about 4 times what I originally thought!  After taking care of a few maintenance items with my vehicles, dividing up a few bucks to each of my (3) daughters 529 accounts and getting something nice for my wife I was able to put together one hell of a shopping cart!  Now I just need it to hit my account....

I'd look into the Waterless and Rinseless wash methods.  Either of those are designed for vehicles like yours that aren't seeing major dirt and debris.

And this is why I'm thinking my next purchase will be the Cyclo.  Then my PC can do the lil areas, and both will have the same pads on them.

We bought our Traverse before our 3rd daughter was born.  It was 2 years old at the time, and was a rental vehicle in it's previous life.  That being said, I'm pretty sure it went through an automatic car wash 2 times a day for 2 years!

I forgot to take a picture with the spotlight, this pic doesn't show all of the swirls...only the straight line scratches:

Then after using my PC 7424XP (scored in my mystery box!) and orange pad first, followed by white.  Ended up doing 2 passes with the orange before it looked good enough.  There are now microfiber pads on my wishlist....

Completely eliminated the swirls and 90% of the scratches.  My wife thought I repainted the car, because the blue metallic flake never had this much pop before!  The after picture doesn't have any sealant or wax on it yet, and the picture was taken with my cell phone.

Hopefully I can get some better pictures in the daylight that showcase this awesome color.  I'm not going for show car potential, but we definitely have the best looking rig wherever we go!  Hopefully I'll have some good before and afters of all of the corrections I have to make.  There's always new scuffs and scratches, and odd stains on the interior.  I'm still amazed to this day how much havoc kids can cause to a vehicle....and life in general!  And to think, I created these lil dream crushers.

I'd like to thank All purpose cleaner for giving me a clean surface to work with.  Also, couldn't have brought out the depth and finish without a generous coat of Super VRT.     I did resist using the In and Out Spray on the flexible hose.....maybe next time!

If you get the Cyclo, you can switch your PC over to 4" pads.  Then you only have to worry about buying 1 set of pads since they work for both machines.  And you'll have a machine to do big areas, and your current one can now do detailed areas.  You already know how to use your PC, so you'll only have to learn on 1 new one!

Thanks everyone for the kind words!  So far I have only completed the hood.  I wanted the perfect flat surface to experiment with, and get my method down for the rest of the vehicle.  I'll be sure to post up as many pictures as I can, and hopefully the weather will start cooperating so I can do some of this work in the beautiful sunlight!  Also need to fill up some more shopping carts (or mystery boxes   ) I've got 2 other vehicles that I'll do some write-ups on as well.

I also want to use this as a platform to explain how easy these products are to use!  If you were to have filmed me doing this, it would have looked EXACTLY like the videos Adam's has made.  Everything is super easy to use, and mistakes are easy to fix.  Got a lil product on a place you didn't want it?  Simple, just wipe it off!  All of these products are designed to make this experience enjoyable....and it way over-delivers on that!  Besides, I think I've caught myself spraying detail spray "accidentally" on my clothes so that I can smell them the rest of the day.
