My Master Blaster video
SumBeach35 replied to Greg from GA's question in Washing, Drying, and Decontamination
Definitely. I used mine for the first time in a while and I must say I forgot how easy it makes drying the vehicle. Don't have to chase water drips for hours either. With a coated vehicle, it will be a breeze to dry. I know it is on mine. -
Does Odor Neutralizer Really Work
SumBeach35 replied to Southern Car Parts's question in Interior Cleaning & Care
Now, now, We don't need you lying to everyone -
Yep,. Cuts through dirt and grime extremely well. I'll either wipe dry right after or finish with interior detailer. Glass cleaner for final wipedown of glass.

Heavy correcting polish issue
SumBeach35 replied to 2012srt8's question in Paint Correction & Polishing
You can also use a vacuum to clean out your pads from residue. Just turn them both on with the crevice tool and let it spin around. -
Washed this beast with wash and wax followed by H2OGG. It's a work truck, so it only had some spot decon done to remove some iron deposits and tar. Father in-law was pleased.

If you are using Adam's blue wheel cleaner you can use it full strength or @ 1:1 dilution ratio. -
Pollen... Which option is better - Rinseless or Waterless?
SumBeach35 replied to jeverton's question in Washing, Drying, and Decontamination
Just like I said in my above post. Peak pollen for us is May-June, and it's here with a vengence and brought acid rain with it. -
The only downside to tinted soaps is that if the tint isnt fully washed off, ie soap that goes out into the cracks and crevices of the vehicle. The tint will be left behind when the solution evaporates. This would become more of an issue when everyone with white cars is mad they now have pink spots on their vehicles.

I tried that as my first DA polisher, only worked for 2 hrs.

Water Spots on Ceramic Coating
SumBeach35 replied to Illusive_s550's question in Paint Correction & Polishing
My suggestion would be to do a decontamination with wheel cleaner. -
Disappointed in the size options for the hoodies. What about us big guys.

SumBeach35 replied to 2012srt8's question in General Detailing Discussion and Questions
I try not to recommend much but Matt from Obsessed Garage has some awesome lighting videos. He definitely did his research and his and his fiends garage that used his lighting combo look really good -

Flex fit hats
SumBeach35 replied to BluePoncho's topic in Product Polls, Feedback, and Company Input
If that was the case, I wouldn't have an iou in my account for a flexfit hat -
Another way to find a leak in a windshield, front or rear is to use a foaming windshield cleaner and blow compressed air along seams and edges of the windshield.

Do NOT mix Car Shampoo
SumBeach35 replied to ax023's question in Washing, Drying, and Decontamination
For the strip wash, did you use Adam's strip wash or APC in a car wash? I only ask because after using strip wash on my coated car, I noticed I had no beading and after applying a sealant I still had no beading. It's just my opinion but the Adam's strip wash seemed to leave an invisible layer of residue that prohibited water beading and stopped anything from bonding to it. A week later I washed it again and the residue had dissipated and was able to successfully apply sealant after a wash. Before the sealant application I had beading and sheeting of water. My guess is sufactants aren't completely washed away which causes the issue. If your polishing you would never see this. This is all just my guess but I'll be sticking to car shampoo and APC for strip washing in the future.- 13 replies

Heavy correcting polish issue

Do a test spot and see what it takes to remove defects that are present. Use the least aggressive method first. -
Heavy correcting polish issue
SumBeach35 replied to 2012srt8's question in Paint Correction & Polishing
I'd say if it was fixed with another machine or more buffing then it was likely you just had some hazing after the heavy compound. -
Unless a fairy drops some Adam's Ceramic Trim Coating in my lap, it will be with a non Adam's product I have used on trim before.
