a tip to help prevent this is before you go to the wash take some silicone lubricant and spray it into a shop towel, old t-shirt or paper towel and wipe down the door seals on the door and on the body.  water wont stick to the seals when coated with silicone

I'm confused as to why you wouldn't want to coat the barrels before the weights are installed. I would want the coating on all exterior surfaces prior to mounting the tire and it is balanced. It's not like the wheel weights won't stick to the coated wheel. The adhesive is strong.

Just received my Every Day Carry(EDC) pistol and holsters back from a local holster maker.
 
My EDC pistol is a S&W M&P 40c with StreamLight TLR-4G.
 

 
I have always been a big fan of S&W M&P pistols but there are plenty of other manufacturers I would gladly use.
 
 
New Holster is a 2 in 1 kydex paddle holster in the kryptek pattern. Can be worn IWB or OWB.
 

 

 
Modified Alien Gear Holster, needs some revisions but this has been my favorite IWB holster I have ever worn.

I don't use this due to comfort. Maybe if I ever lose all the weight the Dr. says I should it will be comfortable.

Very rarely does the master blaster go on sale. Shop around for a competitive price if you're serious. I noticed Adams increased their price on the master blaster.

No offense to Adam's but their prices are more than high enough as is...If they raise them I'm probably going to start looking at other brands.  There's many fish in the pond.

Here’s one for you Nick, when I clay car after a good wash I just lay down more foam with my foam cannon and use the soap as a clay lube ? works very well and gives a lot of cushion for the pushin.

Get the  metal Adam's sign, go to Michael's and get a clock kit and make one!  Works for me.

I use a half gallon (4 pint) pump-up garden sprayer.  It is similar to the Colad sprayer, but less expensive.
 
 

Old stuff was licorice scented

I use this one in the yard and it would work great for Waterless/Rinseless. When pumped up good it has good pressure and the wand has the ability to do a stream or a mist.

IMO, super thick foam is only for the "cool factor" of foaming. When done correctly, the foam should stick just long enough to break up what dirt it can then carry it down and off the paint.
 
Having said that, I totally understand wanting to experiment and try different settings. That's what makes a hobby fun!
