  1. Did they give you a car today? If not and it was me, I'd be all over them tomorrow!
  2. Asked the same thing above...great minds think alike!
  3. Welcome, David! Where are you in CO? I'm in Colorado Springs, so if you're nearby, let me know and maybe I can help. One simplisctic way to know what you're up against is if you can catch a fingernail, the scratch likely won't come all the way out. Otherwise, the most common method to fix is start least aggressive first. Since that (FP and white foam pad) likely won't work here, you can also conskder starting with CP and orange foam pad just to see what happens, stepping up to the MF pad or HCC and pads. Here's a great article from @shane@detailedreflections to help decide which polisher(s) will work for you. I can't get this link to delete, so please disregard.

    eBay DS

    Really?! Wow, again. ?
  5. HGG can be applied dry, too (but wet towel, if that's what you meant). Guess we'll see.
  6. Well that sucks. Can't they get you a rental/reimbursement?
  7. I'm really interested to hear how this differs from DS, since it also contains carnuba. More, maybe? Seems similar, even the color.
  8. Sweet! Hope they don't change the scent, though. One of my favorites.
  9. Awesome. Just, awesome!!! Well done, Jimmy.
  10. Welcome to the addiction, Tony!
  11. Remember the 10% forum discount (shineon) if a 15% isn't available on the site. You may also be able to find a 15% off code out there somewhere.
  12. It really is. Couple more tips... Wash the HGG towels immediately after use (don't let them dry with chemicals in them), and separately from your other MF towels. Hopefully you have the MRB?
  13. Said it above and elsewhere on here. This article should be mandatory reading for all newbies to the detailing world. It's also great for those of us who have been around a while. ?
  14. In that case, throw some HGG on there next wash and watch it shine! Here's a video and an article on the HGG (which is also my favorite Adam's product)
  15. You're not mistaken, on either point. C'mon @raythebutcher, give us the deets!!!
  16. Buttery Wax isn't know for longevity. For quick application, I'd recommend you take a look at HGG or CB. If you want a wax with high longevity, consider the Ceramic Paste Wax. PS is also awesome for longevity and slickness, using HGG for a boost every 3-4 washes. Take a look at this article for more:
