  1. Speed 5-6 would be recommended for correction. Also what color is it, and do you have any pictures? Sometimes the one step pad may cause some hazing, usually on darker colors it becomes more noticeable, but every vehicle and color and clearcoat are different.
  2. Cleaned up the wife’s Honda fleet. Both live outside 24/7 The mini-munchkin mobile, a 2020 Odyssey Mega Foamed Dried entire van except driver side with Graphene DS and ultra plush Did the driver side with clean dry ultra plush and hit it with Graphene Ceramic Spray Coating Also used Rinse and Coat on wheels, then Graphene DS We got the van in June, it under went full detail/correction and Paint Coating The Blue CRV is a 2006 (never ever garaged) Hasn’t been corrected in 3-4 years, Washed with mega, dried with Graphene DS and ultra plush The graphene DS is absolutely amazing, super easy, slick, and shiny, and in some instances gives the appearance of a coating!
  3. After 24hrs add boost. Usually good measure to wait 7 days to wash
  4. I’ve had good and bad experiences with Boost, I think my bad, were because it lasts so long and on my garaged tahoe, the stuff built up too much. Where as when I first got my beater Silverado, I clayed and boosted half the truck, and it beaded and was shiny for over 8 months. CS3 is an awesome product, I really love it, works so well, it has removed the streaks from the boost! and for the Graphene DS, I hope to try it here in a couple days, can’t wait!
  5. I believe it was re done for the last Black Friday sale, I thought the consistency was still thick and creamy... I’m sure others sill speak up...
  6. I do love the LC Rich! and the HGG Chris! A couple of us were talking at Carlisle about how much we love the scent of Ceramic Liquid Wax, and would love that in an air freshener, I’d buy it by the case!
  7. I would definitely get the gallon, and I believe the bogo sale is still going as well. My question is, you said you are going to use WW after you wash your car? This confuses me, because WW is used in place of a regular wash, when your vehicle is not super trashed. They also have a kit on the website, where it comes with the recommended towels. Towels and technique are both very important when utilizing WW https://adamspolishes.com/products/adam-s-waterless-car-wash-collection
  8. I have not tried it yet, but I have heard of a lot of folks using it as a drying aid. I also saw the Facebook live broadcast and it made me go “hmmm”. I guess we will see as more get their hands on it. Also thought it was interesting, when they said they are working to get “Correcting Polish” back and expanding the line of compounds/polishes
  9. Haha, good question...nap time was over and I had daddy duties to cover...the other 3 vehicles are in pretty top notch condition. The truck, I like to experiment around with, and the rest of it is covered and still going strong with UV Spray Coating from April.
  10. Wasn’t sure where to post my little tidbit, I searched “ graphene” on here and had over 6 pages of topics populate... Anyways this is my 19 year old truck, purchased it in really rough condition 1.5 yrs ago and brought it back to life. (Interior Still needs work). Anyway after lots of clay And 1 step polish and pad last year. This spring I did 2 steps with the new blue/ white combo and the newer spray coating. Its been 4 months since then, and I recently got the Graphene Spray Coating. Did a really good wash with original blue shampoo, No clay needed, prep spray and coating, for now I just did the passenger side, although not recommended, I coated in direct sunlight, 85 degrees out, nice cool breeze, removed panel by panel right after applying, went very well, no toppers, the surface is super smooth, and you can feel the shell of protection. Cant wait to the try the Graphene DS, and the 7yr Coating! PS-the wheels, before you ask...wheel cleaner, and pink detail spray, thats it! Ive also used the new Graphene Spray Coating on my shower doors, which turned out amazing and my parents windshield, they were blown away!
  11. Wanted to follow the thread, had about 10 towels do the same to me lately out of nowhere. Boiled, and even washed individually. Nothing has helped.
  12. Welcome, any pictures for us? I 2nd the new graphene!
  13. Joe said today on Facebook live, that they are working on maintenance products
  14. Here is how I have used Slick and Slide so far... On Ceramic Coating....I have used it behind each wheel, you know where you get that extra road crud and tar sometimes, well A LOT less crap has stuck and the couple speckles of tar, basically fell off with a light touch from my finger. Also on the entire front clip, a whole lot less bugs sticking for sure! And they come off so incredibly easy! Again a light touch of the finger, not to mention what a pressure washer does. Also on side mirrors for same purpose. Really enjoying this stuff so far
  15. Jeep looks great! Theres a few ways I go about doing this. And I change it up from time to time... -an air dryer, ie Adam’s Air Cannon -waterless wash -CS3 -pressure washer only, no soap and bucket, then use air dryer Just know the proper technique to using waterless and CS3 on a dirty vehicle. You want to saturate the surfaces, wipe in straight lines while pulling up and away. Always flipping the towel over to a clean area.
  16. I have had a little trouble with the new glass sealant on a couple cars, however, i quick mist of glass cleaner and the green glass towels made it perfect, with almost no effort.
  17. I’m just curious since the dealership did it, if they are clear coated also 🤔
  18. Not a bad idea, one that Dan taught me is to Ceramic coat them, I’ve been using spray coating going on 5-6 months now, holding up very well, makes everything bead right up and very easy to clean as well.
  19. I definitely hear ya about the price, but these things are transported via trains. They then sit on the lot for who knows how long etc... But most if not all new cars do in fact need chemical and mechanical decontamination. Mechanical being a clay bar. I got a new Tahoe Premier RST in Sept of 18 and we just got my wife a 2020 Honda mini van last night, these are the steps I take... foam cannon strip wash iron remover clay compound polish prep spray ceramic coating boost and since the new leather coating is now available a full leather, dash, plastic cleaning inside then coating everything also using fabric protector on carpets. I figuring a good 20hrs of getting it ready before she can drive it. On both of the aforementioned vehicles i told the salesman no washing or detailing, and went as far as, “if you guys slip up, deal is off”. We both laugh, but I am serious! Edit- don’t forget the Brilliant Glaze on the interior windshield, it was actually the very first thing, I did this morning! Also, iron removal and clay bar process on a daily driver should be done 2-4 times a year, Adam recently mentioned In a video, the timing to be every time you change your oil.
  20. Haha, thats funny, you’ll never find one in mine, I promise you that. BUT.... back in the day, I made a food run to Wendy’s for the guys at the firehouse, one guy was missing a burger. A couple months later, guess where i found it! Under the driver seat, guess it fell out and slid, didn’t leave a stench somehow 🤷‍♂️
  21. Welcome, she looks great! You will definitely love the spray coating!
  22. Wheels are a big one for me. So first you need to really clean those bad boys up, including the barrels heres a great kit to start https://adamspolishes.com/products/adam-s-ultimate-wheel-and-tire-kit A machine would be great, but you can not always get all the nooks and crannies, you can try this https://adamspolishes.com/products/adam-s-revive-fine-hand-car-polish And then for your last step to protect them, there are many options, The Spray coating is great and adds a ton of shine, Ceramic Boost, or CS3 would also be great items, that add protection and gloss On mine here, they were already coated , but once a year I have been using the Hand Polish, then Spray Coating, and now I will maintain with the CS3.
