These applicators work great for Brilliant Glaze and the Glass Sealant/Boost:https://adamspolishes.com/shop/accessories/buffing-pads-applicators/adam-s-microfiber-applicator-pads-2-pack.html.

For the actual Glass Cleaner, I use:  https://adamspolishes.com/shop/accessories/microfiber-towels/adam-s-microfiber-glass-cleaning-towel.html

Both of our Glass Cleaner do a great job, I think it comes down to a personal choice if you want liquid or aerosol/Foam.
My new favorite glass protection is our New Ceramic Spray Coating, great easy to use product.
My favorite inside glass product is our BG.

I'm in South Carolina and have vehicles that sit outside 24/7 and deal with a lot of heat and cool temps, although we don't get to the negative numbers.

For the inside of the windshield, nothing beats Brilliant Glaze, here is a video on doing the inside:

This method helps keep the inside of fogging up and truly does leave the windshield much clearer overall.

For the outside, if the windshield is heavily soiled, then I use the green glass cleaner which is equal to the aerosol in my opinion in quality, but has a lower price point.  Once the windshield is clean the first time, then I use the Glass Sealant followed by monthly touch ups with Glass Boost and then about every 3 months I go over it again with Glass Sealant .   If you use the cleaners as the gas stations you'll probably have to use the boost a bit more often.

For the outside the mirrors, you can just use Glass Boost and the morning dew tends to come off the much quicker.  The rest of the windows just get washed with the regular Glass Cleaner and of course the correct Glass Towel.

Well, hit Adams, walked out with 2 bags full & kept going south to the Springs, had a wonderful corned beef Sammie and a couple of Stella beers @ one of my favorite places and made it home all in once piece....,Course it was raining so hard we hydroplaned several times and as usual the traffic stinks.....rain went from beading up on the car to meh, glass want from great to crappy vision and the inside was fogging up also it was raining so hard so long..........

More for my own reference than anything....so I don't forget....

In between storms the next few days.....clay bar windshield and seal it....clean inside windshield and then put BG on it....same for moon roof....

Wash wheels, tires and body.....then clay bar, then paint sealant.....Guess I should put some APC in the soap to strip off anything left on the car.....

    Paint Sealant..........

    Buttery Wax........

Wash morning of show with Rinseless Wash ......at airport.....

Not trying to spend 40 hours on her, that would kill me ? Just wnt to clean her up good, make her shine & pop a little and not get embarrassed by a dull dirty car.......

No wax on her other than what was applied from a couple touchless car sashes where we could not do anything else & she was so filthy I was about to stroke out & that's been 4k miles or more ago.

Otherwise just wash her with Adams shampoo/foam gun and H20 G&G.......and the wheel cleaner as the brass was black from brake dust....

Have Detail Spray, but have never used it, bottle and 1/2 of WW &  just got Brilliant Glaze & a couple applicators for the inside of the windshield......

Might need to make a high speed run to Adams tomorrow ?

And if (when!) you bring the BG, don't forget the applicator. Oh, GC would also be a good idea. In fact, if you can seal your windshield before you leave, that can help with bugs later.

Got told last night we are going to be in a car show next weekend.......

Question is, how do you prep for a car show...drive 100 miles, stay in a hotel, drove 60 miles to the venue.....

Is there something ya can smear on the front end and then wipe off to help keep the bugs down?

Will be the 1st real car show we are entered into and have actually attended.....have no idea what to expect or how to prep....

SHe's a daily driver, no garage, kept outside & has 10,670 miles on her & not quite 6 months old........

    Help ?

^^^This. @pirahnah3/Jim has you covered. I'll second the WW, BG and towels. Lots of towels. DS is always a good thing to have too. If you have time, pick up a 4 or 8 bottle bag, or maybe a trunk organizer to carry it along and show it off during the show. Something Adam's. And don't forget pics to post here when you get back!!! Good luck, Joey!

Best thing is bring some waterless wash with you, and some spare towels. use the trick of soaking the towels and laying them on the front end to soak into the bugs and such which will make removal much easier. Aside from that certainly bring your detail spray, if you want you can hit the car with a quick coat of BG to add that extra pop. Plenty of clean towels are a must for shows, as you will be surprised what you can go thru when trying to get her perfect.

A good wax or sealant on the front of the car ahead of time will really cut down on how much will actually stick to the car.

Went on a short drive, 4,750 miles to be exact, down to the Bondurant racing school for a free fun filled day at the track learning how to drive & then on to San Diego and up the coast to San Francisco and home. Ran her hot and hard & did not take it easy, getting a new windshield in the morning as this one was toast the 1st 500 miles......

Anyway....looking for some shortcuts, I've had multiple back surgeries, lots of metal, can't bend/twist and other crap that make it hard to detail the whip.....and on the road it get's even worse...sometimes I'm not physically able to actually wash it and wiping down with H20G&G after a touch free car wash is all I can do.

Used a foam gun, couple buckets, brushes, wheel cleaner (they were black from the brakes) tire cleaner and then H20G&G, no wax, no polish or anything and this is how she looks....
Have not attacked the interior yet.......
Have another 2.5K mile road trip coming up in a couple weeks, will get home & then turn and burn on yet another 4k mile road trip to Pittsburgh/Gettysburg and back before the snow starts to fall....

Ideas/tips/tricks on how get the best results using the least effort.......

Had a 16 Red Scat pack, saw this one, gave it a test drive and it came home with us, could not believe how much better the ride is and that's very important for me & now with SRT only producing them one year in the green.......need to get a build sheet so I can tell exactly how many were made in this configuration/color.....

    To clarify:
    1. The waterless / rinseless diluted won’t foam.

    2. There are two IK sprayers. One that foams, and one that does not.

    That being said:
If using waterless /rinseless diluted for your bug soak you would want to use a regular spray bottle or the IK sprayer bottle.  Advantage of the IK sprayer over regular spray bottle with a trigger type spray head are minor. But if you have a lot to spray and respray, the IK gives you a spray with the push of a button after you’ve pumped it. So more coverage for less effort.
If you are going to use a hose in your wash method you can use the IK Foam sprayer with car shampoo and water mixed to spray on the buggy area, let dwell which will soften the bugs. Then spray off with a hose. Proceed with wash. This is exactly how I took care of the vacation bugs below. After letting the foam of wash n wax dwell for about 5 minutes then spraying off with a hose 95% of those bugs were gone.

Hope that clarifies what I meant initially. Let me know.
