The Foam Gun works with just your garden hose, you can't use a pressure washer with it.  The Foam Cannon requires a pressure washer for it to be used.

I have a foam cannon and foam gun and have found that I use the Foam Gun much more than the foam cannon.  The foam gun is quicker to get set up and to clean and both put out plenty of foam.  For very dirty vehicles, then the foam cannon comes out along with the pressure washer and extra stuff required.  The same goes if I am doing multiple vehicles in the day, the foam cannon becomes worth the extra setup and clean up time.

The one thing that I have done for all my hoses and nozzles is to add quick connects and a shutoff valve on the end of the hose.  This makes it real easy to switch nozzles or go from the pressure washer to a nozzle or between the foam gun and a nozzle without having to go back to the spigot to turn off the water.

I had been interested in the Adam's pressure washer due to simplicity and the "ready to go" factor.  Are the specs on the Adam's washer just sufficient to make great foam, or does it really get the job done. I'm sure like most, we've all seen videos of great and amazing foam, and we've all seen "meh, good try" foam.  I'd guess the specs on the washer is what makes that difference.

Great question! Here's an article on that very thing...

Bottom line up front (or "BLUF," as we say in the military), Gun is for a hose, Cannon for a pressure washer. 🤟

Adams has this Barrel Vacuum. I've liked mine so far. It does take a little practice to get the hose accessories to line up and fit properly, but it works well in my experience.

I have a small 2.5 gallon canister wet/dry vacuum that works great.  It is small enough to be able to move around the vehicle, take outside if needed, do large SUV's and yet it is large enough that is has plenty of power and doesn't overheat.   The one drawback is that the hose that came with it is about 10 feet and needs to be 15 feet.

That foam cannon deal with the free bottle of Mega Foam has been on the website for quite a while now, so I don't think they will be removing it any time soon 👍

Nick gave you a good list, but if you're looking at muddy, caked on vehicles, there's no way around not scrubbing. Water and soap will take the surface dirt off, but that alone won't clean it.

    Welcome!
i agree with Nickfire20, I might add that all of our Car Shampoo’s are going to do you a good job. Using a foam gun is the way to go but to remove the mud you are still going to have to do a Two bucket wash.

You will be extremely happy with Adams products.  You will be satisfied with the process, the scents of each chemical, and the shiny outcome.

Adams Red Foam cannon will work great for you
    Mega Foam for sure
If it’s just like dust, interior detailer,  but they make heavier cleaners if needed.
Ceramics are used as protection,  so after you wash and clay you would use them.
The spray coating is great and easy,  maintaining it with CS3 works wonders.
And for kits, you can go to the website, and type kits in the search bar,  and you can maybe choose something of your liking or check back with us.

You probably hate it because you haven't learned to prep your paint properly first.  Once you put the effort into getting it perfect, then washing it will be something you'll look forward to doing.  Like taking care of your woman.  You came to the right place to learn. Welcome.
