  1. Such a gorgeous, classy, and menacing ride. Perfect!
  2. So cool! I haven't had a chance to even ride in one yet, hopefully soon. If you have any larger pictures of it that you don't mind posting, we would love to see them, thanks!
  3. You guys and gals are too good to us! I'm pretty sure we had an initial run of 50 white SideKicks that sold out early yesterday morning. We're going to try to get more of the white ones made, but it looks like they may not be able to get them to us until mid-to-late January at the earliest. What does everyone think, should we get more of the white ones?
  4. Hi Steve! Thanks for signing up for the forum. That is an awesome Tesla you have there, man I love that car! As others have said, feel free to ask any questions - we have subsections on the forum that cover just about any car care topic you can think of - and there a lot of great, knowledgeable people on here that will help you out
  5. I've traveled all over the world in the last 12 years doing "secret CIA stuff" as my aunt always said...but really I was just going around on big gray ships that make boom noises and can't talk about that too much either
  6. I'll see if I got any pictures on my cell phone, but I was mostly using Joe's camera while his group was out on the go kart track
  7. Great video as always Joe! I love the split screen cuts and pop-up information tips. Each new video you cut together keeps looking more and more professional with more educational value as well. Keep up the awesome work
  8. With the Side Kick, I wouldn't recommend drying an entire vehicle with it, as it would take a pretty long time, but it is great at blasting the smaller areas like wheels, mirrors, lights, seams in door panels, engine bay, etc.
  9. I'm so jealous, those are the exact wheels I want for my GTO, just in black chrome.
  10. Way back in 2006 I will admit that I was young and still learning the ways of becoming a detailing freak. My buddy Matt (thedak) came up to me at a car show and said something along the lines of "stop using that M-name product, this stuff is the bomb..." (just with a few more choice words added in there), and handed me a bottle of Detail Spray and Brilliant Spray Glaze. Over the next few months I made a full switch to Adam's over the course of the next few months. Then I met Dave (BRZN) at Carlisle and he got even more hooked - I bought a PC and then a Flex as I began to learn more and become more obsessed. As the years went on I kept trying my best to get my GTO to look nearly as good as Dave's at Carlisle. He must have been at least somewhat impressed because the next thing I knew, I was working alongside of him and Adam at the shows, and now I have my dream job of working for Adam's - interacting with dozens and dozens of detailing enthusiasts every day through the forums, email, and the Customer Support line as well as testing new products, planning events, working on write-ups, and so much more
  11. Note to self: don't ever leave cans of Wild Cherry Pepsi or any soda in my car in the winter! I usually buy 2 liter bottles of Wild Cherry Pepsi anyway...soda of choice when I need a bit of a caffeine bump
  12. Awesome results Jon, and thank you for signing up for the forum!
  13. Very nice! I have quite a few friends and relatives now with the new Escapes and they all are very pleased. I'm sure your girlfriend will be happy too
  14. Hi! Thanks for signing up for our forum. If you have a few minutes, we would love to see some pictures of your Mazdaspeed3, thanks!
  15. Hey Jason, do you have the part number for that Jumbo Vacuum or the order invoice from when you purchased it from us? Ben and I want to look into it for you and help you out. I can't find your account in our system. Thanks!
  16. Hi Jim, the 9 bottle Compact Travel Bag and the Large Detailing Bag are both being phased out and replaced with one, very high quality replacement bag, the 8-bottle Adam's American Pride Detailing Bag. We may still have a few of the Compact Travel Bags in stock though that we can check for you if you give us a call at the Customer Service number, 866.965.0400. We wanted to provide one really outstanding and improved bag to simplify the buying process, and this also helps our supplier focus on one larger bag design rather than two, which will make it easier for them to get bags to us more quickly Yes, the new bag is a more expensive on sale for $99.99 when compared to the old $49.99 Compact Travel Bag, but we're also including 2 Single Soft Towels and a 16oz Detail Spray with it for that price, plus you can get another 15% off of it until Friday for a sale price of $84.99! The new American Pride Detailing Bag actually ends up holding much more than the Compact Travel Bag while not increasing the size footprint too much, especially with the pockets on the sides to throw a few extra items in, as can be seen in this picture. You can easily fit 12 bottles in it, but there are only 8 elastic bottle holders total, 4 on each side. If you're looking for a smaller bag, we offer an even smaller bag than the Compact Travel Bag now, our Adam's New Red Strap 4 Bottle Show Bag, at a much more wallet friendly price of $19.99 before discounts It has 4 elastic bottle holders and a plastic bottom insert piece just like our old Large Travel Bag and the new American Pride Detailing Bag, great for fitting into a small side compartment in a trunk, or any other tight area in your vehicle.
  17. I will talk to Joe and Matt to see if they can get some additional pictures of the bags posted to both product pages, thanks!
  18. I may or may not be testing some new stuff
  19. Awesome ride good sir. Thanks for posting the pictures!
  20. Ok I can look into it and get back to you, thanks!
  21. Hi Raul, I posted up a response in your other thread about microfiber towels. Let us know if you have any other questions. Thanks!
  22. I have nothing against clay alternatives, Adam and I even tested some new prototype products out at the HQ back in October; however from a safety and ease of use perspective, our goal is to provide a simple solution for all experience levels of customers that works effectively. Yes the blue clay is a bit too firm, but it still works fairly well. We moved to the blue clay because too many people complained about the gray clay being too sticky and sticking to their fingers. I personally loved the gray clay and just sprayed my hand with detail spray first to minimize the sticking to my fingers. The bottom line is that it is difficult to please everyone
  23. It's safe to assume that we are looking into replacement options for Quick Sealant since we all loved it so much and we will be testing some things hopefully very soon!
  24. Jim is correct. You'll be fine with using the stronger microfiber pad in areas with lighter scratches...sure, it might be more than is necessary for the job and we do encourage using the least aggressive method for polishing out your vehicle, but if you don't want to keep swapping pads, that's is fine and those areas will just turn out even better than any areas that had really severe swirls that you may not get 100% corrected. The areas that usually get beat up the most with swirls would be the hood, roof, and trunk, since you would be putting the most downward pressure on those areas when washing and drying and the sun hits those areas the most. On doors, from the belt line down to the rocker panel usually show swirls the least due to the curvature and the sun not being able to hit them as easily, so you can spend a little less time on those areas if you want and still have it look great for a daily driver. Obviously if you are detailing for money or for a judged show, you do not want to skimp on those areas though
