It would be great to see a comparison between this new one and the older one I bought through Adams for $50. Old one does a fantastic job (great output/power) so I will likely stick with that one.

I have a shut valve on my hose just above the connection so I can change out the nozzle with the foam gun.  I shut it off there.  

You could add a valve on the end of the hose.

People want everything for very little. What they don't understand (and this is judging by appearance and the previous nozzle) is this fire nozzle is made by an actual fire nozzle company in the USA. Its just the society we live in today. I'm struggling with wether I want one or not. 
Does it have a shut off integrated into the nozzle? or do I have to go through the range of the sprays to twist it off? 

I saw the video on Youtube showing the features and the comments are not kind, mostly about price. I don't have one, but if they are like anything else Adam's sells I'm sure they are much better quality than even video can express.

I have both and it's so easy to change them out.  I prefer the spray nozzle for watering, and the fire hose nozzle for cars.  Easy off, easy on.  Both are quality products.

When I got my eleys two years ago, I couldn't help but put a couple of coats of paint sealant on them. Probably time to do another coat for the one that lives outside. Just wanted to mention it in case you would want to do the same before mounting it.

Yup, It's that time again!
The 2016 Spring Carlisle Collector Car Corral and Swap Meet is scheduled for Wednesday April 20 through Sunday April 24th at The Carlisle Fairgrounds, and Adam's will be there under the large Detail Spray bottle somewhere on the Midway.
I've just place a large order so if you're in the area, stop on by to resupply yourself from what you've used up over the winter, stock up for the spring, grab newly released products, ask questions from the Team watch demos, or just come hang out with us for a while.
Back again this year will be Brian and his wife Sarah (she'll be running the point of sale system), Bob, Dan (one of Adam's newest employees, and one of my Carlisle Team members for the past couple of years), as well as I.

Today was "Service B" for my wife's Mercedes. Pull into the dealership, greeter confirms the appointment, then inside to meet the service advisor. Our dealer offers a pretty decent free car wash (for the uninitiated) with interior vacuum and tire dressing too, whenever you want one, to include when you take it in for service of course. Naturally, I have to make it a point to ask the service advisor to not, repeat not, wash the car after the service. He looks at me like I'm out of my mind, and tells me: "...sir, our automatic car wash is state of the art. We wash S600 sedans and G-Wagons with it, and the owners are delighted. Why wouldn't you want us to wash your car for you?" I reply: "...the free car wash is a terrific thing you guys do, and I appreciate the offer. However, that car has never seen the inside of an automatic car wash in it's four year life. For me, detailing is therapy, and I use premium products from an outfit called Adams."
 
Service advisor says okay no problem, and puts "NO CAR WASH" on the service ticket. When we walk out to the car together so he can put the service ticket on the dash, he stops ten feet short of the car, looks at it, says "oh", does a five-Mississippi, and says "oh" again. Then, "...okay sir, now I understand. The last thing that car needs is a wash."
 
So, my wife and neighbors think I'm OCD, and we can never let the church youth group wash either of our vehicles at their fund raisers (we just give them the money and tell them to stay back). On days I'm expecting an Adams delivery, I hang out near the front door like my dog does when he's waiting for me to come home. The best part is, every bit of it is 100% worth it.
 
Thank you Adams -- if you didn't do what you do, I would probably be a golfer, addicted to romantic comedies, or spend my time clipping coupons or something. Instead, I get to hang out in the garage and see tangible results of my hard work.

I will add that I've only had these installed for a few months now, so I cannot comment on reliability with long-term use. So far so good though!

Problem solved, after your two bucket wash, instead of emptying your soap bucket, set the bucket on the floor behind drivers seat! Works like a charm

I just hope that the fence you're on isn't a picket fence.  That can hurt in so many wrong places.

Damn. I work that weekend. Maybe I can get someone to switch. Always wanted to attend one of these.

First official day of spring is March 20th.  And I can't wait.
