You know you're a detailer when you whip out your polisher in the kitchen because you cannot see your reflection in the granite countertops.

Thank you! Engine bay cleaning has quickly become my favorite thing lately. But exactly I can’t agree more with you on all that. Especially since I do all my own wrenching, I’d prefer to work in a clean area if I can help it lol.

If I'm looking to buy a used vehicle and they claim it to be well maintained, I open the hood and it's dirty....not well maintained. How can you ever see if you have a fluid leak or issue if it's always dirty under there?!?! As a full time dealer tech I appreciate a clean engine bay. Nice work!

I owed a friend a favor after he wired in some outlets in my garage and so he asked if I'd help clean his truck up before he posted it for sale. By no means did I get to detail it like I wanted, but it sure does look a lot better! He said he would have never thought to clean under the hood and I explained how much of a selling point to me and plenty of others a clean engine bay is!

I applied Tire Armor to my Camaro in November.  It's been over two months now.

Yesterday I gave the Camaro a Rinseless Wash.  First time I washed the car since November.  (It was a pretty wet December here in Texas so I didn't have it out much but I put at least a couple of hundred miles on it when the weather was nice.)

After the Risneless Wash I used Waterless Wash on the Wheels and Tires. Just wiped the tires down with Waterless Wash and a Utility Towel.  I think they look FANTASTIC!  You can see how dirty the tires were (I have a 100 yard long dirt driveway) because the treads and wheel wells are still dirty.  Only wiped down the sidewalls.

So - to sum up - Tire Armor works GREAT and last a long time on a garage kept, weekend driven, good weather car.  Light cleanup on the tires becomes super easy.

The jury is still out on the daily driver, filthy F150.

I have the large polisher bag and want to protect my SK even more, especially if/when I include another polisher in the bag (see post from @Editguy here).

I'd like to suggest a soft cotton/poly/felt-like bag for machine polishers, preferably drawstring or something similar to keep the cord, etc, enclosed. Maybe brand it with the Adam's logo and offer different color options like red (which would be awesome!) and black, or even release limited editions or themed ones like USA/July 4th.. The possibilities are endless! Think of it as a bag within a bag. Of course, it could be used stand-alone, too, as a less expensive option to the polisher bag, for storage on the shelf, etc.

    What say you, @Kyle@Adams, @Matt@Adams, @Kourtney@Adams, and Adam's team?

Not a bad start! We did the Red drawstring Adam's bags not too long ago but we're more focused on a hardshell case you can be heavy-handed with rather than a soft sided bag that may damage the polisher. I would consider maybe a sleeve that's more form fitting just for the polisher itself, to then put inside the polisher bag!

I'll start by saying "I'm sorry" to anyone that may have had to wait a bit on hold last Friday early afternoon. But I assure you the Adam's team was in full-on service mode.   Following yet another awesome visit to the HQ last week, I walked to my car only to find it was dead. Enter Emery and Tyler. Both jumped into action, trying all they could to help. Unfortunately, neither the battery charger from the warehouse nor a jump-start worked. Meanwhile, it was a cool 90'+ in the parking lot, yet no complaints from either one.   Then, without hesitation, they offered to have Tyler drive me to AutoZone to get a new battery. I told them I have roadside assistance, but they wouldn't take "no" for an answer. Wow. Instead, I now owe them both a lunch for going out of their way to help a stranded customer. Anywhere else along the road and I'm sure I'd have waited a much longer time and/or run into someone not nearly as willing to help.   It's for this reason, and many others, I will remain a loyal customer of Adam's for years to come. Thanks so much, Tyler and Emery! Simply put, you guys are awesome.

I am a recent Adam's convert, coming from the world of Zaino previously.  Did a good wash, clay, Paint Sealant a few weeks ago.  From there, ordered some more products.  Now need to start looking at the bulk stuff (wheel cleaner, Quick Detail, etc).  Anyway, got the Foam Gun and some other stuff and finally got to use them today.  Over the last 3 weeks have put about 1500 miles or so on the truck for road trips.  1 trip about 750 round trip pulling the camper and last one a week trip to Branson with the family.  LOTS of midwest bugs on the front. Still more to get off, but didn't finish today.

    Anyway, today did the following:

    1. APC on wheel wells, Tire Cleaner on the tires, Wheel Cleaner on the wheels
    2. Foam gun with Ultra Foam Shampoo and 2 bucket wash, starting with the bugs up front and top down with 2 mitts
    3. Rinsed and pulled in garage
    4. Dried with H2O G&G
    5. VRT on wheels, and exterior plastics
    6. First time using the Brillant Glaze today on exterior paint, chrome, and windows, including side view mirrors which seems to be quite the finishing touch for exterior glass.
    7. Tried a little Under Carriage Spay on the visible areas in the wheel wells (not the wheel well liners as those are carpet)
    8. Finish with some Quick Detail
    9. And then interior detail and interior windows

I am slow, but it is done and everything drying now.

My wife’s 2013 Tahoe had some issues with hood after I did some buffing with Meguilars Mirror Glaze steps. Was not happy with their products.  Just tried Adams correction polish, finish polish, selant and brillant glaze and you can see the difference. Next is the Americana Wax

This is a cool idea for a thread, I'll share some of what I own. I'm always buying, selling, and trading at a local gun show. Here's some of the stuff I have pictures of on my phone.

Glock 43 with night sights, upgraded trigger pull and in a G Code Incog holster, carried 99% of the time.

    Top to bottom:
    Springfield 1911 Mil-Spec
    Beretta 92 A1
Glock 19 Trijicon Night sights, upgraded trigger.
    Smith and Wesson Shield 9mm
    Ruger LCP Custom

On the left is a 1961 Smith and Wesson Model 10 Cincinnati police issue 38, I have the original grips for it but much nicer to shoot with the ones pictured.

Latest acquisition is this Bushmaster QRC I traded for. Not a bad rifle, not shot much.

Benelli Supernova Tactical, great pump gun.

Not pictured, Henry 45-70, Mossberg 930 SPX, PSA built AR 5.56 with 18 inch barrel, S&W 686. These are the guns that have stayed around the longest, if I'm not happy with one I'll sell or trade it at the gun show pretty quick.

It sure would be nice if we could make more shows unfortunately the drive time moving the rig around takes a lot since we don't have one dedicated driver. It came from Connecticut for Barrett Jackson last week to Cincinnati to get prepped and ready for this week's Columbus Goodguys.  Hopefully we can find a way to get closer to you guys, definitely haven't forgot about you!

Generally it's 15-20% off most items and then we do various show deals on commonly used product with some bundle deals. Not trying to speak for Dan but this is what we do at almost every show. Also, we don't have every single thing in the Adams product catalog but 90-95% of it ?

Awesome Dave, make sure to stop by and say hello! I'm driving up on Tuesday and I'll be working either at our display or detailing cars all week!

I'm not quite sure if Adam is going to make it to this one, as he has a few other commitments, but we'll have quite a team helping out, including Chris@Adams, GerryC, and blcksilv08 here from the forum, as they're all part of our show team!

I had the pleasure of cleaning Mr. Jackson's Veyron in the photo twice during the event too. It was an absolute honor!
