I really don't understand what all the negative comments are for. A lot of things are made in China, clothes, cell phones, TVs, power tools etc.
In my opinion Adams is providing a choice so more people can afford to get into the industry. They're not making it the only choice they are just providing another choice. You can choose to buy it or not to. The choice is yours. Simple in my opinion

Did you even look at the (nearly two year old) video TheWolf linked?  Adam CLEARLY explains his philosophy about various product's country of origin.  The Swirl Killer's product page clearly states the units are "Made in China."

Everybody's got an opinion and you're welcome to yours.  In mine, Adam is being honest when he says "made in USA whenever possible." Dwhite0960 nailed it - one of the key performance parameters for this new polisher was PRICE.  Unless you can point to a comparable polisher at a comparable price that's made in the USA, you should stop casting aspersions. Adam is NOT "lying to his customers." He's meeting the demand for a decent unit at a lower price point than other manufacturers offer, while clearly telling would-be buyers where it's made.  Each is free to make an informed choice about whether to purchase or not.  Stop grinding your axe and go back to polishing your car.

It's good to see the "upcoming" products I glimpsed during a visit to Adam's HQ last month coming to market.  While I didn't bring a buffer home, a couple of products with hand-written labels resemble what's available here...

Having seen them in action, I know they're GOOD STUFF and worthy of the Adam's brand!

I once thought the same thing until I tried a coating. I went with a coating that allows for waxing if I choose. The protection cannot be beat for vehicles that live outside (which all 3 of ours do). I will never go back to a sealant at this point. Even with a coating that doesn't keep me from buying a ton of Adam's products. I still use HG&G. Absolutely love the new Americana. For me it makes life easier to maintain a sharp looking ride without a ton of work and effort.....I am lazy.

I have been watching this thread from the start. I don't know.. it's a great product and I love it.
I use the same 2 border less gray towels for my application. Original towels for a little over a year. I am halfway through my second 16 oz bottle. When I am done I spray them pretty heavily with APC and let them soak while I finish up the detail (windows, trim, tires). Then, light spray of APC again, and rub them together to agitate them. Then run them under warm water and throughly rinsing them. Ring rinse repeat until I feel that they have been rinsed and got all the product out. Takes me maybe 5-7 minutes for both towels.
Still going strong and soaking up water.
I wouldn't give up on it if you like how the product works for your vehicle.

The thread was deleted because some people began speculating on products and claiming things as fact.

We are constantly evaluating and testing all sorts of products, both prototypes and competitor products, but that does not confirm if we will release a product of this type.

Measured out 4oz.. you are right it is more soap than I thought.  Also, I had to turn the RPM's on my pressure washer all the way down before it put out foam.  Much MUCH better this go around.  The foam stayed on the car for around 5 minutes.  All is well!

EDIT:  If I put the foam on the car without pre-rinsing.. will it stay on longer?  or did it run off faster because I was in the direct sunlight?

I've tried nearly every wax ever made (including some of the "made for tv" stuff over the many, many years I've been taking care of cars.  Some were ridiculously priced, some were cheap and nothing more than gimmicks.  And over the years, I've used Adam's Buttery Wax, the first Americana, the Patriot, and now the new formula Americana Wax.  My opinion is that the new formula Americana is about the best I've tried.  Best for ease of use, ease of removal, and best for durability and shine.  I prefer it over the Patriot.

I used the Wash and Wax with my foam gun this past week and liked what I saw.  Lots of foam, didn't use more than I normally would with the shampoo.  I'm thinking that some of  you who are having suds problems may have hard or soft water issues.  Our water here is really great for making suds.   And I used the Detail Spray with my drying as always. Car came out great. I haven't put any Guard and Gloss on yet to compare, but I expect I'll get good results.

There are dozens of coatings already on the market using the 9H claim already, its not uncommon. Some even have gone so far as to claim "HARDER THAN 9H" which is somewhat amusing if you know the pencil hardness scale. Anyways - its not a new marketing tactic, its mostly BS that the seller knows the average consumer won't go do the trouble to prove/disprove.

I'd love for Adams to come out with one finally. I know awhile back they did not believe in such a coating, but then they started working on it (or appeared to be). With the release of wash and wax, I have high hopes a coating is coming soon.

With my luck, it will be right after I finally splurge on CQUARTZ

Thanks. I will have to get some pics when I wash the wife's car. I told her not to park under the tree! Of course, she didn't listen and has the nerve to say her car is dirty.

At home I have to partially park my truck under a tree, which naturally the roof catches the bulk of the sap and whatever tree fallout.  Probably been 3 weeks or more since I washed my truck...keeping up 3 vehicles is hard work.     You can only imagine the mess I had on the roof along with the bug guts on the front of the truck.  Now keep in mind the truck is coated- closing in on a year for an "up to 2 years coating'.  Given the condition I opted to use the new Strip Wash with HGG as a drying aid.  What I didn't realize is that I did not have any wash pads clean.  So I had to revert back to the Adams wash wedge, not ideal given the tough, stuck on, and heat baked junk that was on the paint.

Started the 2 bucket wash (chasing daylight so no time for foam cannon setup).  Started with roof and it cleaned up remarkably well for using the wedge.  I had more stubborn bug guts on the front so I went back and let the SW soak in before I tried to remove.  Overall, I am really please with how well the product work considering I was using the wash wedges.  Happy I didn't have to scrub to get everything off.

Just a couple of notes.  I did not notice any issues with Adams Glass Sealant afterwards.  Keep in mind it is a few weeks old.  I normally use HGG as my drying aid, so my last coat should have been relatively fresh.  The paint looked super clean and noticed my water sheeting returning from the coating.  Also, I have a tire coating on that I have struggled with results on for a while.  Doesn't appear the SW effected it, but I would say that it is thanks to the Tire and Rubber Cleaner helping me to properly prep the tires....finally!

    In a word...IMPRESSED!

I have been using the MTM Foam Cannon for the last two years, and I use it for every wash, so I am very familiar with how it performs.  Well, one trigger pull of the New Adam's Foam Cannon and my eyes bugged out.  This thing lays down some seriously thick foam!

The foam out of this cannon has a lot of air in it, so it has more hang time than my previous cannon.  The foam out of the MTM is wetter, and runs off quicker.  And I experimented with every possible combination of shampoo and settings on the MTM, but the foam was never shaving-cream-thick like this new cannon.

You can see it nearly fills the side vents on the Raptor.

The thicker foam hangs longer, giving you more time get the surface cleaned with your wash media.

And no, this photo is not the hood, it is the side of the door, with the photo taken looking up.  You can see the foam is about a half-inch thick.

Laying down one coat on the tailgate, and you can see how thick it is on the emblem.

For reference, I am running the foam cannon with an electric pressure washer rated at 2.1 gpm and 1900 psi.

    My advice, order one.  Now.

If you already have another foam cannon, give it to someone you don't like, and get the Adam's Foam Cannon.
