I got one like that today, too. I think I've gotten 4 others that were colored.

I like the look of the colored ones better, but I'd imagine it would be better for the car not to have the extra dyes.

Whenever a new product is released I always watch the video for said product before ordering it to see what it does, what it's capable of and to see if there is a place/need for it in my stock pile.

After I buy said product, I always re-watch the video before the first time I use it to be sure I am using the proper recommended technique.

With my most recent purchase of Tire & Rubber Cleaner I did the exact same thing as I always do as stated above. However sometimes it's not always easy to find videos when you are trying to use a mobile web page version or searching YouTube. So I thought to myself.... Why not put a scannable QR Code on the labels of the bottles? Scan the code and it takes you straight to the video/webpage/app or whatever.

Then thinking about it more there are a couple different ways this could be done...

There could be a permanent link per product that is always linked to the most recent video.

    ....OR....

Since Adam's always keeps their older videos on YouTube the QR code could change on the labels for each revision of a product. That way if a technique or use changes for a product and you have the old version that is used differently than the new version, you always get the correct information.

Anyone else have thoughts about this?

    FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:

BigFoot Production Officially Starts in the USA

Longmont, Colorado – July 27th, 2016 - Continuing their commitment to growth in the US market, RUPES announced today the beginning of production for a number of their popular BigFoot electric polishers at their North American facility. This event marks the first time that the primary manufacturing of the class-leading BigFoot tools will occur outside of Italy.

“It’s truly an honor.” says Chip Case, General Manager for RUPES USA. “The investment and the faith in our team here in the US to build these tools shows just how committed to supporting the US market RUPES is.”

Manufacturing tolerances and standards set in Italy are maintained in the Colorado facility, including strict quality control. LHR21ES and LHR15ES tools from the US factory have already begun to make their way into the market with the Mark II versions and other BigFoot models to follow by the end of Q4 2016.

After bursting onto the scene about 5 years ago, the RUPES BigFoot family of tools have become the preferred option for professionals and enthusiasts. With manufacturing of the tools now a reality in the US, the company will be able to provide even higher levels of service and produce tools to meet the ever increasing demand.

RUPES SpA is a one of the leading manufacturers of specialty electric and pneumatic tools as well as vacuum dust extraction systems for a variety of industries including detailing, body shop, industrial, woodworking, and marine.

So I did a rinseless wash yesterday and finished with Detail Spray. Car looked great.

Two blocks away, the city had just finished some utilities work on a busy street and filled in the hole with gravel. Last night prevailing winds carried a blanket of dust over our parking area and there was literally enough dust on the car to take the color from black to slate gray.

My 4yo daughter wanted to go for a cruise this evening so we did. We hammered through the blacktops in the area, singing to (her) favorite songs and had an absolute blast. The weather was a perfect 82F, mostly sunny, and gentle winds as the afternoon fell to a golden evening sun.

We went by the coin op car wash, and I had my towels and my Adam's kit, so we swung in to blast the dust off and put the car back to black with a hybrid rinseless/pressure wash.

We pulled out front and I worked on the paint with some G&G while she worked on the wheels and tires.......in one of her 'princess' dresses. That's my girl!

I'd like to thank All purpose cleaner for giving me a clean surface to work with.  Also, couldn't have brought out the depth and finish without a generous coat of Super VRT.     I did resist using the In and Out Spray on the flexible hose.....maybe next time!

I chose the Shriner's Hospital for Children. It's a little more personal for me, since they performed a surgery for my daughter a few years ago. Very thankful for the services they provide, and I'm more than happy to donate to their cause!

I polished and sealed the truck for winter. By the way, has anyone noticed how similar in color Paint Correcting Polish and Leather Conditioner are? It would be real easy to confuse the two.....ask me how I know. By the way, Leather Conditioner finishes really nice. Lol.

    Jaybob,

Please PM me with what you have to trade for the White and / or Blue decals.

I have a few whites, and many blue ones.

Another option I will provide you in lieu of trade, make a small charitable donation and provide proof of payment to that charity, and I will send them out to you. Let's say, a 1.00 donation for each sticker wanted.

Also, any other Adam's forum members who may be looking for these, or some of the more recent Adam's sticker offering, the same deal applies.

My personal charity of choice would be Leader Dogs for the Blind, but feel to choose anyone you prefer.

Thanks for opening up this thread to all members Dan!

Perhaps someone else on the forum has some to trade.

Since this thread was dormant for awhile, and we have lots of new friends on the forum, I will say that anyone can trade stickers in this thread.  Anyone who has stickers to trade, or wants ones they don't have, post them here.

I know I've got a few of the round Adam's "A" stickers around the workbench. I was also thinking of adding some of the new American flag border stickers in my next order...

I'll look around the workbench when I get home and see what I've got.

Well for everyone's info it did not touch the bugs. But it was on less than two minutes so did not have a chance to soak in.

To add insult to injury I told Cindy that I needed to get a better system so that those did not get mixed up again as they are both blue.

Here response was to read the label.

    Doh !

We drove Cindy's 2013 Terrain to her Dads 80th Birthday party. I washed it the night before and looked great. Last week it got stripped, LPS and a coat of patriot.

So I get home last night and its still clean but has a few bugs. So I figured I would try out waterless on it which I had yet to try.

So I spritz the mirrors and start doing the grill area.

You know waterless smells like crap. It smells as bad as wheel cleaner. You know it smells exactly like wheel cleaner.......

So out came the hose and then the can of patriot.

    LOL

My opinion about the new American flag logo for Adam's Polishes...........................KEEP IT!
I think it's the best logo they've ever had.  Adam's has always been American made and America proud. The new logo shows their pride.

How about a new American flag logo garage banner?

Anyhow, I think this should become permanent.  No more changes.  It's right.  And if it "ain't broke, don't fix it"!!

    Great job guys.

I had a issue when I first played with the Visco clay, not stretchy, hard to mold and it didn't want to take an impression of the tool.... and then I realized there was a plastics wrap over the clay. I got the wrap off of it and it was just like the video.

I hope I'm not the only one that couldn't tell the was a wrap on it at first.
