  1. heres the thing I'm sure the issue isn't weather or not adams has a policy or not or that it's changed . It's that the the original policy that Adam had was a moral one based on the fact that in China they don't have proper safety regulations for their staff or pay them a fair wage which I understood and respected. I also uderstand that not everything can be made in the USA,some items are simply unavailable. There was never much grief given over the Flex because Germany takes care of their employees as does Italy.in the case of this new polisher it's adams own and he chose to make it in China my guess is for better profit margins . Which is fine a afterall he is here to make money. But in order to save face he has to stop saying made in USA whenever possible because clearly not the case here
  2. Pricey indeed . It's more expensive than any of the other coatings out there today . Also the booster product cost much money as well
  3. if I had to brush (by law) it would be a boars hair brush
  4. oh I know buddy . I have one picked out that's even local. But I know an adams one would kill the competition hands down so that would be my preference
  5. I let no brush touch my finish . I clear off the windows and that's it
  6. Any chance Adam might bring these back . I really want one
  7. When doing your "test" was each car prepped the exact same way? Did u clay both vehicles ? I understand what your talking about with cost I believe the cost per oz went up when They went to 8oz size . But it does cost less to buy a bit of everything and u will allways have fresh product .
  8. What kind of car? I've never heard of this . Gassing out sure but not related to stickiness of the dash
  9. I'm glad your happy with them . Leather cleaner and conditioner are easily my favorite product from any company anywhere .
  10. I would do it after polishing with an alcohol wipe down I would also sand the paint flat and Polish it to a shine it takes time but I feel it worth it
  11. It was clayed a month ago . I wash weekly . I'll keep playing with it . I clayed a fender yesterday to Polish. It's a respray that's softer than the factory clear and swirls just looking at it ,so next wash I'll try again and see if it's better
  12. Brand new pumpkin spice detail spray . Yes shaken . It might be that it's just not the product I'm looking for . the towel is sticking to the paint I have to pinch the towel to keep it in my hand
  13. he is referring to arm speed not polisher speed . Move your machine to speed 6 and slow your arm speed . I highly recommend adams pads . He makes it so easy everything is colour matched orange pads with orange polish . White pads with white polish .
  14. Hi guys I just made an order and thought I'd try out some adams detail spray and microfibers . I also got a sidekick blaster(love that thing )anyway my question is about the detail spray . I'm actually not impressed with it ,so I must be doing something wrong. I washed and dried with the blaster then went around with the spray to wipe up any water spots etc . I find that it's more like a spray wax ,I kept having to wipe it in and would get all kinds of streaking and have to turn over the towel to buff off the residue. Also i had to pinch the edge of the towel to keep it from slipping out of my hands .I don't have those kind of issues with other brand detail sprays or diluted rinseless . Any input is welcomed thanks in advance
  15. I just received my first ever set of adams microfibers the orange get lint bad . After a Good snap they listed less but I was covered in orange lint lol. The ss and ds were perfect
  16. U polished ? Was the last step pfp ? I wouldnt be surprised if the haze was under the sealant
  17. For a job like that I would use full strength cleaner and a cockpit brush
  18. It certainly won't hurt to try . Would would think if there light enough they will come out . Certainly u will be limited in the amount u can correct tho . Machine is the way to go
  19. Thing about paint coatings is there are many ways to apply them depending on what coating, and if u screw up u can polish them off . For that reason I would suggest that paint coatings are easier that trim coatings
  20. I would do a "test spot" 2x2 and see how many passes it takes to get the paint perfect or to the desired level . Then do the whole car section by section . So say it takes 2 passes of pcp. I would then work around the car section by section making 2 passes each time . Then do the whole car with pfp. Alot of times it will take many hours to get perfect . So as an alternative you could say tackle the hood and front of the car 1 day ,then the next time do a door and fender . Imo it's better to work slow and achieve perfection than to touch the whole car and not get there.
