I don't use them because I don't see how either could be safer than a full blown Two-Bucket wash. But that's just a personal opinion, but Adams wouldn't have created them if they weren't safe.
 
First of all, Rinseless diluted to 16:1 is the same as Waterless.
 
Waterless is typically used to remove dust or light particulates from the paint, using the spray and a microfiber.
 
Rinseless is a solution you'd make in a bucket that's designed to function as a wash, except you don't "rinse". Just apply and wipe off.
 
I believe those are the main differences, but I'm sure people with more experience using the methods will chime in.

Lack of residue control is what is causing the PCP to be difficult to remove. Sure the heat contributes, you should be compounding and polishing in the shade whenever possible, but the residue is the real problem.
 
With the age of your beautiful 'Vette, I'd be willing to bet you're pulling some dead clear off. All that dead clear plus the product goes into the pad and goes right back onto your paint, making the residue VERY difficult to remove. Either clean your pad every couple of panels, or switch the pad out.
 
 
If not wiping reside between stages, I would highly recommend using several pads for each stage. The reside from the previous stage just gets buried in the pad.

Also called a pool rinse.  
Simple explanation - when you finish washing the car, spray off the Car Wash Shampoo, then take the sprayer off the hose and let the water 'sheet' over the paint.  It is odd, but by adding more water to the surface you end up with less water to dry off.  I have a 2 ft section of old hose I use to do this with.

That can't be working.
Vinegar has a ph of around 3, being acidic, and APC would have a ph of above the neutral ph of 7 into the alkaline side of the scale. By mixing the two you end of canceling each out.
Be very careful of mixing chemicals...

I tried the new glass cleaner too. Not a fan. Worst cleaner I have ever used. I do suck at cleaning glass but this stuff is not good. I was hesitant to post but I see I'm not alone. All the other 15 or so Adams products I've tried since May work great. Back to alcohol and water.

I have had problems with streaking on my windows before the new glass towels. I had Adam's glass cleaner and the blue towels. I got 2 of the new towels when they first came out, and I still had issues. So I decided to go back to the "invisible" glass cleaner product I use to use. I tried it with the green towels and I am much happier, no streaks or cleaning my windows every couple of days.

I guess this guy is some big internet sensation who happened to make a video at Corvettes at Carlisle, and about 1/2 way through he hit up the Adam's booth.  Nothing but good things to say about every product. (sorry about the language)
