Ls1transam got a reaction from Bunjy in Die Cast model car lol
All Adam's products used on this detail lol. It's raining here and I'm pretty bored. So I found this old forgotten model car that needed some help. It's took all of 5 minutes, but was fun. I mixed some car shampoo and water in a squirt bottle and blasted all the dust off then washed with a MF towel and dried. Then I clayed the car and topped it off with H20 GG. You can see the difference lol. It even makes model cars shiny lol. The interior I used just an old rag and que tips along with detail spray. And here are the result.

Ls1transam got a reaction from Dan@Adams in Undercarriage spray And VRT
So the undercarriage spray is amazing. Been on my moms truck for 2 weeks now. And it looks like I've just applied it. It's been on my TA for a month and still holding! This stuff is amazing! It's lays down so smooth and leaves a nice satin finish. The VRT is crazy good. I use it for all the trim and for tire dressing. I'm not too crazy about the actual Adams Tire Shine. Here is a pic of some work I did this morning. And don't mind the heavy swirls. I'm still learning, and will be removing those when the weather cools off later this month or next.

Ls1transam got a reaction from cev103 in Done some paint correction today
Not much to show here. It was getting late when I started, so not much would show up in the before pic. However I made a drastic change on the tailgate of this truck. There are still some really gnarly scratches in it that just won't budge. Maybe I need a more aggressive pad/polish combo. I am starting to correct that paint on the whole truck. Sadly, I have to work outside and wait till the temps cool down each evening before I can do anything. I improved the clarity and depth a tremendous amount . And removed a lot of scratches and swirls.

The paint has NEVER been this shiny and reflective before. It made it like a mirror finish. Really amazed with this combo.

Ls1transam got a reaction from Tyler@Adams in Brilliant Glaze streaking
Awesome thanks for the reply. I love the glaze, I'm not sure what happened this time. I use it like crazy on my TransAm. I'm pretty sure I use way too much of the GG. I'll give it another go. I used the borderless grey towels. Just makin sure I had the right ones. Also, would using the glaze before the GG cause any issues?

Ls1transam reacted to zw470 in Wheel Woolies
Based on recommendations in this thread http://www.adamsforums.com/topic/30781-fender-brush-for-lowered-cars/ I picked up a set of Wheel Woolies.
OH MY GOD THEY ARE AMAZING
I've been struggling with a Daytona Speed Brush for the last 4ish years. Using the Woolies is like going from a plastic spork to a Kershaw Shun. Used them on the wheels, fenders and exhaust tips. Now I have to find new carholes to use them on!

And this last one is a pic I took with my phone on my computer. A picture I took made it on Weld Wheels site. No big deal, but I thought it was cool.

Ls1transam got a reaction from mc2hill in Playing with the Rupes 15 Mark 2
Thank ya. It's still got some scratches in it. But I only made 3-4 passes on each section, on the whole hood. It's my daily so I'm not trying to make it perfect. I could go over the hood again and it would be 100% but I'm not worried about it. Working on setting 3 instead of 5 was a much more enjoyable experience. And I didn't even apply pressure. I just guided it and it did all the work for me. Even going over it quickly, you can see the amount of haze it removed.

It's got orange peel bad in a few places. The angle does make it look worse, but it's bad still. This is my daily and it's had numerous panels painted. A teenage girl owned it before me and she wrecked it once a month lol. So it's got some rough paint work. Makes it a great car to learn on.

Ls1transam got a reaction from jessewsmith in One step correction
So this is my very first attempt at PC. The only pic I took of the tape line is blurry. Why I didn't take any more is beyond me lol. Really impressed with how well it turned out. Just used the orange foam pad and correction polish. No polishing at all, no hazy looking stuff and plenty of clarity.
