Wanted to give a shout out to Charles and Adam (not Adam Pitale). 
 
Had issues with my Micro Polisher and contacted customer service via email. Received a quick reply from Charles who asked me to bring it back to the warehouse. I went the following day. Unfortunately Charles was not in when I arrived. I was assisted by another gentleman, I didn't get his name. He looked over the polisher and saw the problems. He asked if I wanted a refund or replacement. I told him I would like it replaced as I really enjoyed using the polisher while it worked. He had Adam get a new Micro Polisher and replaced the unit. Can't ask for more than that.
 
I decided to walk around the showroom since I was there. Can be an expensive proposition if I'm left to wonder for too long. This when I got to talk with Adam. A very pleasant young man and I enjoyed talking with him. Adam took great care of me and I left with some great products.
 
I am a loyal customer due to the great product line and equally great staff. Keep up the great work!

Can't say I've ever seen a Mclaren other than pictures.   Beautiful.

If it is local dealer, that means you can not only buy items to make a vehicle shine, you can also get something to use them on.  I'm not sure the wife would be too happy if I stopped by to pick up some shampoo and came home with a Mclaren to use it on.  Then again, she just surprise me and want a new garage queen for herself.

Another perk of working at Adams..getting to stare at a Mclaren all day!!

I believe the local Mclaren dealership loans the cars to them. One of the Mods can confirm or correct. The 720S replaced a 600LT that had been in the showroom since Christmas. Both beautiful cars. I think I have some pictures of the showroom during Christmas. If I do, I'll post one.

Agreed on tossing the applicator pads, and relegating the towels to non-paint work. Adam even recommends marking the towels in the corner with a marker so you don't get them confused. I've hear of others cutting a corner or two off (borderless grey ones... wouldn't work with Single Soft or others with borders).

I prefer the microfiber applicator pad to apply, and borderless grey towels to remove. Spray about 5-6 sprays directly onto the pad at close range (avoiding overspray) to prime, apply, and respray as necessary into the pad. You can usually wait several minutes before removing it.

Completed a full correction on my 2013 HD Soft Tail Breakout. It had been under a cover in the garage for a couple months. It was clean. Did a Waterless Wash, Clay Bar, Compound, Polish, and finished her off with Ceramic Spray Coating. Used my Adam's Micro Cordless SK Polisher. Great little machine.
